Welcome to eNotices2, an on-line tool for preparing public procurement notices and publishing them in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.

eNotices2 provides access to all standard forms used in European public procurement. This free service allows you to work in a personalized environment, speeding up your work and the process of publishing your tender notices. eNotices2 also helps to check for possible errors in notices and for the compliance with the EU directives regulating public procurement procedures.

You need to be registered to use this service. If you want to create a new user account on eNotices2 please start byregistering with the European Commission Authentication Service (EU Login). You can skip this step if you already have an EU Login account. Select 'External' domain on EU Login unless you work in EU institutions. After that, log in to eNotices2 via EU Login and follow the instructions.

How to cancel or modify a submitted notice?

In eNotices, “Procedures” allow to regroup under a same title notices that are linked to the same tender (e.g. contract notice, contract award notice and any corrigendum issued to these). When a procedure is created, or when a corrigendum is issued, a red title will appear in your list of forms. This is no specific document, but the title of the group of documents under the same tender procedure.
