Demonstration Edition can be extended 15 more days using Interactive Key Generator Utility.Your Demonstration Edition will expire in 15 days from the current date (current date + 15 days).

To continue using the product, you will need to register as Single User or Multi User licensebefore or after your 30-day trial is expired.

    Register Product:

Registration with Single or Multi User Leased license allows 270 days of data access from theday you register the product.

Registration with Single or Multi User Owned license allows unlimited period of data access fromthe day you register the product.

Your can register the product in two ways: Register a Product using a key diskette. Key diskettes cannot be reused.

Register or Upgrade a Product interactively.

Registering a Product Using Key Diskettes

Copy the Data Files to Shared Directory

Multi-user installations require that you copy the data to your hard drive. You cannotaccess the data from the CD. The next step in the multi-user installation is to copy yourData Files to a Shared Directory on the network. Although the shared directory can beanywhere on the network, Mitchell1 recommends following the convention described inthe following procedure.

Copying the data is done outside of the Heavy Truck program, using Windows files andfolders copying capability. You need to copy a total of four files from the Data CDs:

Index.mdb (from any disc - only copy once)

Data_000.mdb (from Disc 1)Data_001.mdb (from Disc 2)Data_002.mdb (from Disc 3)

The Data Files must be copied to a shared location on the network. Mitchell1recommends that you copy the above listed files to the Shared folder created by theinstallation program on your Host PC. C:\M1HTR\Shared folder.

Once you have finished copying the data files from all the CDs to the shared location, open OD5 Heavy Truck and follow the steps below:

There are two ways you can clear a security violation.

    1. If a security violation is detected due to clock rollback, it can be resolved by correcting

the system date. This can be accomplished by the user without calling Tech Support. You should be able to access data once you correct the system date.

    2. Use Reset Application option (Requires Tech Support Assistance) if the user doesnt

remember the date that was on the system before detecting clock rollback.

    Select Setup > Register Product

Select Register or Upgrade a Product Interactively and click Next>

Choose Reset Application option ( requires reset system code form Key GeneratorUtility)
