H. ROE BARTLEBartle is located 100 miles Southeast of Kansas City, overlooking Truman Lake.

This is a typical camp box where you will keep all your stuff. It can be purchased in the Automotive department at Walmart. You’ll also need a combination lock.

Bartle is actually three large camps in one. We will be in Camp Lone Star. Each camp has its own programs, staff, dining hall, pool, council ring and campsites.

We’ll be camping in Camp Lone Star, in campsites Seneca and Pawnee.

H. ROE BARTLEBox tents on wood platforms, just like at Camp Naish, will be your home away from home.

H. ROE BARTLEThe first thing you will do at camp is take a swim test. It will determine where you can go in the pool. You will get to swim everyday, plus even more time in the pool for Swimming Merit Badge.

You’ll sing, laugh and get to know the guys better while you eat in the Dining Hall.

H. ROE BARTLEMic-O-Say is the Councils honor camping program. You will see it everywhere at camp and as you get older you will learn more about it.

H. ROE BARTLETroop 10 has a campsite program unlike any other. It allows you to do several Merit Badges Bartle doesn’t offer to other campers and time to work on your Mustang Scout skills.
