1 That I shall appoint my subordinate staff within 3 days of my joining.
2 That I shall appoint 4 Sales Ofcer @ of 15000 + Perks , Sales Ofcers will survey one market per
day and will visit minimum 50 shops in that market & will sent the survey report to ofce by mail
on every day basis.
Minimum Qualication of subordinate:-
Exp.: a) 5 years of trade b) At least 2 years as S.O in Pvt. Ltd. Company
c) Graduate d) Detailed knowledge of functioning of channel network.
Note:- Any bio-data for appointment of subordinate staff which will not qualify the minimum
qualication conditions will not be entertained Will visit not more than two shops of the same
trade
Such as a) Not more than two medical stores. b) Not more than two footwear shop
c) Not more than two garment shop. d) Not more than two gold or jewelry shop.
Two Sales Ofcer will take the rm`s name and Proprietor name & phone numbers of two
Distributers / Dealer / Stockiest / Supper Stockiest from one shop keeper & rest of two sales
ofcer will call the parties & will meet the interested parties & will forward the list to reporting
manager.
3 That If I will leave company before 90 days, I will have pay my one month salary and expenses to
the company as in account of damages or one month notice.
4 That I shall send you my “Daily Working Report” (DWR) on daily basis with entire details
required as per format. In case if DWR of a particular day is not received by next day of working
then I shall be marked absent for that day.

visitor parties with stamp & signature dispatch send it to the company on every Monday.
6 That I shall provide all necessary supporting with expense statement & fulll the condition which
is pre-printed in expense statement.
7 That I shall be using the sample provided by company & stationary only for the purpose of
Business Development, if I abandoned the job, I shall return all the belongings of the company.
8 That I shall be duty bound to send the Bio – Data format of the party to the company duly lled &
signed by the party (C & FA / Super Stockiest / C.A./ Distributor.
9 That I shall appoint C&FA / Super Stockiest/Distribution Channel Partner on the terms explained
by company on or before 15 days from date of my joining.
10 That in case of leaving the job, I will return all belongings of company immediately along with
cheque as per clause no. 3 of this undertaking.
11 That I shall meet the shortlisted minimum Twelve prospective parties & discuss the project in
detail, per working day with pre appointment only.
12 That I shall give training to sales ofcer how to take appointment from the parties & what are the
questions to ask them?
a) Name of the rm? b) Name of proprietor / partners?
c) What is the trade of Party? d) What is the contact number of the party?
e) What is the address of the party? f) What is the turnover of the party?
g) What is the time of appointment? h) What are the brand parties is dealing with?
i) Is party is having time to operate new business?
j) Is party is interested in Diversify/Expansion for new business or not?
13 That I shall give one day training to the selected sales ofcer and will brief him about
a) Prole of the company.
b) Product Range & USP (Unique Sales Preposition) of product.
c) Project Plan
(i) Distribution Network - C&FA S.S. Distributor Retailer
(ii) Marketing Network – R.S.M. A.S.M. SO SR
d) Off take of product from retailer to consumer.
e) Flow Chart of SS/Distributor.
f) Promotional Policy under each distributor

14 That I shall give one day eld training to SO. I must take my eld staff on their rst day along with
me for eld working, so that they can see & understand that How I talk to the party? /How I brief to
the party? /How I convince to the party? /How I take the references of other / new parties? How I
take references of staff?
15 That I shall deploy them in eld in different area & get the above said job done.
16 That I shall take the references for the business prospects of C&FA/ S.S./Distributors as well as for
staff.
17 That I shall ll all the columns of the Daily Working Report. (Information required in DWR
format).
18 That if any information submitted by me to company about me/myself found wrong/manipulated
company can terminate me & proceed for penal punishment.
19 I Shall join HQ/City within 48 hours if Company can transfer me anywhere in India /Overseas.
20 That I shall inform a day prior if you need to go on leave otherwise it will be marked absent. Absent
is treated as indiscipline for which two days salary will be deducted.
21 That I shall give details of parties I have telephonically approached for appointment and how many
had given appointment for C&FA / Super Stockiest and I shall give the details to coordinating
ofcer in the morning between 08:30 A.M.–10:00 A.M. on daily basis.
That I shall be duty bound to follow all rules & regulations discussed with the company and mentioned
here in and subsequently enforced time to time, If I fail to follow above said guidelines should be treated
as abandoned of my job and company is entitled to recover damages as per clause no. 3.

14 That I shall give one day eld training to SO. I must take my eld staff on their rst day along with
me for eld working, so that they can see & understand that How I talk to the party? /How I brief to
the party? /How I convince to the party? /How I take the references of other / new parties? How I
take references of staff?
15 That I shall deploy them in eld in different area & get the above said job done.
16 That I shall take the references for the business prospects of C&FA/ S.S./Distributors as well as for
staff.
17 That I shall ll all the columns of the Daily Working Report. (Information required in DWR
format).
18 That if any information submitted by me to company about me/myself found wrong/manipulated
company can terminate me & proceed for penal punishment.
19 I Shall join HQ/City within 48 hours if Company can transfer me anywhere in India /Overseas.
20 That I shall inform a day prior if you need to go on leave otherwise it will be marked absent. Absent
is treated as indiscipline for which two days salary will be deducted.
21 That I shall give details of parties I have telephonically approached for appointment and how many
had given appointment for C&FA / Super Stockiest and I shall give the details to coordinating
ofcer in the morning between 08:30 A.M.–10:00 A.M. on daily basis.
That I shall be duty bound to follow all rules & regulations discussed with the company and mentioned
here in and subsequently enforced time to time, If I fail to follow above said guidelines should be treated
as abandoned of my job and company is entitled to recover damages as per clause no. 3.
