Allows our fellows to become vulnerable and authentic to discover their hidden limits. We allow them to stretch beyond their normal ‘comfort zone’.

We do not follow slide-shows, in-fact keep it below 10% of workshop time. We follow workshop based approach with real-life case studies, group discussions, simulations and games.

6. You are in experienced set of hands
Our facilitation team has combined Global experience of nearly 1700 hours, which means they have handled numerous situations. Yet they are not teachers or trainers, they are facilitators to give you that ‘Ultimate’ learning experience – discovering You.

• We are not soft-skill trainersWe do not believe that leadership can be ‘trained’.
• We are not soft-skills company We do not offer a suite of skills based training such as – communication skills, language skills and the rest.
• We do not provide ‘cookie-cutter’ trainingsWe just don’t walk in and offer a suite of trainings to accomplish tick in the box.
