What do you need in order to live?

We need three things :

1 :water. 2 : food.

3 : air .

How many kinds of food do we have?

There are different kinds of food:

1 : vegetables. 2 : fruit. 3 : meat.

Food in Qura’an: وكلوا قال تعالى”

ربوا وال4 تسرفوا إن وا4ش4”الله اليحب المسرفي4ن Food in Sun’nah:

قال النبي صلى الله ما مأل ابن عليه وسلم ”

آدم وعاء شر من بطنه , بحسب ابن آدم لقيمات يقمن صلبه فإن كان ال

محاله فثلث لطعامه وثلث لشرابه وثلث

اخرجه احمد وصححه ” لنفسه االلباني في صحيح جامع .

served with pasta.
