Conditions of Entry 1. Novice: never having won a first prize at any Show or Gymkhana 2. No colts, stallions, rigs or donkeys. No dogs permitted. 3. Organisers reserve the right to make program changes 4. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into 5. No refunds on unused tickets 6. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or to demand

the immediate departure of anyone considered behaving in an unsuitable

manner. 7. Riders and spectators shall at all times behave in a proper and respectful

manner to judges, show officials and their fellow competitors. 8. Pony Club Ring: Full pony club uniform must be worn at all times. A rider

may participate in the Pony Club ring on more than one horse subject to

each horse being qualified pursuant to PCAV rules. Snaffle bits only. Pony club cards & Armbands must be inspected at the Secretary’s

Office before riding. 9. Approved ASA riding helmets and footwear must be worn at all times when

mounted. 10. First Aid on the day. 11. Gear check: Pony Club sections require gear check before Riding.

(Open show rings excluded). Gear checking available from 8am-9 am 12. Armbands are required to be worn by all competitors (including non-

PCAV members). No Armband, you will be disqualified from

competing. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that

PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules. 13. Lungeing at this competition must take place in the confined area designated

exclusively for lungeing. Only the Competitor may ride or lunge his/her

horse or pony. 14. All riders must complete a Liability Declaration & Day Attendance Waiver and

lodge it at the Secretary’s Office. $10 Day attendance fee is due (cover is for

duration of this event – not personal or medical) UNLESS you are a financial

member of PCAV, EV/EA, AHS, SHCA, AERA, HRCAV, an interstate Pony Club,

or prove personal liability cover of at least $10,000,000. PCAV Insurance policy

states anyone not following PCAV rules may be left uninsured.
