Stop Work Meeting

Tomorrow, 5th December, several of our teachers will attend an Industrial Stop Work Meeting to discuss the next salary agreement. We will have enough staff to supervise the students, however, formal instruction will not begin until the teachers return from the meeting (probably around 10:00).

End of Year Activities

The staff have organised so many fun activities for the children to be involved in over the next couple of weeks. It would be wonderful to see all children participating.

Cultural Comedy Show

We have booked this Show for Monday, 9th December. The children will watch the show and then be involved in workshops that focus on games from around the world. I ’m sure the children will have lots of fun.

Reports

Student Reports will be sent home next Friday.

Change of Assembly time

Please note the Assembly will start at 2:30 this Friday. The Band will be performing.

Staff Development Days - Thursday 19th and Friday 20th December

On Thursday we will be participating in Professional Learning around “Understanding Islam”. On Friday the staff will be busy packing and getting ready to move into their new learning spaces.

Stage 3 Play

This year stage 3 are performing the play Rock Bottom, which will be performed on Monday 16th December.

Talent Show

The annual talent show will be held on Tuesday 17th December in the school hall from 12:00. We hope to see you all there.

I would just like to say a great big Thank You to all those parents and family members who have supported our students at the carnivals, trials and gala days over the year. We really appreciate your support as we wouldn’t be able to provide our students with these opportu-nities without you.

Congratulations to Eloise J who competed at the National Physical Culture Competition.

Eloise won the 6 year old girls competition and is now the National 6 year old Physical

Culture Champion.
