Gutter Cleaning We recommend having your gutters cleaned to ensure proper drainage during the winter, call for this service. The average price for gutter service is $100.

Lawn Fertilization & Aeration A properly prepared lawn in the fall is the best way to ensure a lush green lawn the following spring. We recommend a combination of aeration and fertilization. Both are needed in the fall to promote deep root growth and to condition the turf to withstand long periods of inadequate moisture, which often occurs during the winter. Aerating and fertilizing in the fall results in a healthier, thicker lawn next spring.

Overseed If your lawn was damaged, has dirt spots or is thinning, caused by our dry winters and tight water regulations, you should take advantage of our overseed program. Overseeding with Kentucky Blue Grass in addition with a double aeration (to create cover dirt as well as pockets for the seed) is a cost effective way to replenish your turf with new grass.

Snow Removal We provide snow removal throughout the winter on a contractual basis. A flat fee per month will remove all snow from sidewalks and driveways when one inch or more has accumulated. Snow removal months extend from November through March, however, an occasional storm brings early or late snow of which will be billed on an individual snow basis. Please call us as soon as possible to reserve your space in our schedule. Additionally, we offer Snow Plowing of parking lots. Our unique snow removal program will allow you to customize a plan based on your specific needs. Please call for a free estimate.
