GustarTo like…. To be pleasing…
•Gustar is a unique verb that we use to express what we like.
• In English we would say I like to dance.
•However in Spanish it literally translates as dancing is pleasing to me.
Gustar… Backwards???

Here’s how it works:
There are only 2 conjugations for the verb: Gusta
Gustan
A verb
Me gusta bailar
A singular noun
Me gusta el libro.
Me gusta la mochila.
Use Gusta when what is pleasing is….
A PLURAL noun
Me gustan los libros.
Me gustan las mochilas.
Use Gustan when what is pleasing is….
Gustamos
Never use gustar as…

Some times you need to clarify who Le/les is…
As always, you need to include the Indirect Object Pronoun. However, sometimes the Le/Les does not explain enough. For example in the phrase…
Who is Le? It could be him or her your you formal… You may simply clarify by using the name with a personal “a” before it.

Te = a ti

Nos = a nosotros
Os = a vosotros
