User ID and Password Upon successful registration, you will receive your User ID and Password via the email account you have provided during registration. Check your “Junk E-Mail” folder if it did not appear in your “Inbox”. Refer to the image below for sample email of User ID and Password.

How to Log In 1) Go to www.bookfordelivery.com, or click directly on the URL link provided in your User

ID and Password email. 2) Key in your User ID under “User Name” and your Password under “Password”, then

click “Login”.

How to Book a Delivery Time Slot 1) Click on “Booking” drop-down menu, then select “New Booking”.

2) In “Mall” field, select the Mall to deliver to;

In “Delivery Date” field, select a date for delivery; then select your “Delivery Time”;

In “Vehicle No.” field, select the driver’s vehicle number (if no vehicle number is registered, you may key it in manually); In “Driver Mobile” field, select the driver’s mobile number (if no number is registered, you may key it in manually). In “Deliver to Assigned Tenants” field, select the assigned tenant and click on the “+” button to add to “Selected Tenants”. If no tenant is registered, you may select from the

registered list of tenants in the “Deliver to Other Tenants” field, then click on the “+” button.

3) Click on “Submit” button to confirm your booking.

You will receive a booking confirmation message (refer to the image below), click “OK”.

How to View Booked Timings 1) Click on “Booking” drop-down menu, then select “View” to see your booking history.

2) To filter your search, click on “Mall” field to select Mall (if applicable) and “Booking

FromDate” and “Booking ToDate” field (refer to the image below) to select month and date. Then click “Search”.

How to Edit a Booking 1) Click on “Booking” drop-down menu, then select “View” to see your booking history. 2) If necessary, filter your search with the “Loading Bay”, “Booking FromDate” and

“Booking ToDate” fields, then click “Search”. 3) Identify your booking schedule, then click on “Edit” button (refer to the image below).

4) Note that you may only edit the “Vehicle No.”, “Driver Mobile” and “Tenant” fields, then click on “Update” button (refer to the image below).

5) You will receive a booking update confirmation message (refer to the image below),

click “OK”.

(Note: To change your date and/or time slot for delivery, you are recommended to create a new booking first then cancel the previous booking.)

How to Cancel a Booking 1) Click on “Booking” drop-down menu, then select “View” to see your booking history. 2) If necessary, filter your search with the “Loading Bay”, “Booking FromDate” and

“Booking ToDate” fields, then click “Search”. 3) Identify your booking schedule, then click on “Cancel” button (refer to the image

below).

4) A pop-up prompt will appear to confirm if you would like to cancel the booking (refer to

the image below), click “OK” to confirm.

Web Booking – User Guide 5) You will receive a booking cancelled confirmation message (refer to the image below),

click “OK”.

How to Add/Delete a Mall and Tenant Selection 1) Click on “My Profile” drop-down menu, then select “Mall Selection”.

2) To add a new mall to your list of selections, check the box beside the mall name.

Thereafter, click “Save”.

Web Booking – User Guide 3) To add a new tenant to your list of selections, click on “Select Tenant” for that

particular mall.

You may search for the tenant either by keying in the name in the “Tenant Name” text box or the unit number in the “Tenant ID” text box, then click “Find”.

Check the box(es) to select the tenant(s), then click “Assign Selected”.

Web Booking – User Guide Thereafter, the selected tenant(s) will appear at the side. Repeat this step for the other mall(s) you have selected.

4) To delete mall (along with its tenant(s)) from your list of selections, uncheck the box

beside the mall name. Thereafter, click “Save”.

How to Add/Delete Vehicle Number 1) Click on “My Profile” drop-down menu, then select “Vehicle”.

2) To add a new vehicle to your list of selections, key in the vehicle number in the “Vehicle

No.” field and fill in the rest accordingly. Thereafter, click “Save”.

You will receive a prompt on the successful creation, click “OK”.

You can find your newly registered vehicle under “Saved Records”.

3) To delete a vehicle from your list of selections, click on the vehicle number under your

“Saved Records” that you want to delete.

This will populate the vehicle number in the “Vehicle No.” field. Then, click “Delete”.

You will receive a prompt to confirm if you would like to delete the vehicle, click “OK” to confirm.

You will receive a prompt on the successful deletion, click “OK”.

How to Add/Delete Driver Mobile Number 1) Click on “My Profile” drop-down menu, then select “Driver”.

2) To add a new driver mobile to your list of selections, key in the mobile number in the

“Mobile Phone” field, driver’s name in the “Driver Name” field and select which vehicle it is assigned to in the “Vehicle No.” field. Thereafter, click “Save”.

You will receive a prompt on the successful creation, click “OK”.

Web Booking – User Guide You can find your newly registered driver’s mobile number under “Saved Records”.

3) To delete a mobile number from your list of selections, click on the driver ID under your

“Saved Records” that you want to delete.

This will populate the driver’s details in its appropriate fields. Then, click “Delete”.

Web Booking – User Guide You will receive a prompt to confirm if you would like to delete the driver’s details, click “OK” to confirm.

You will receive a prompt on the successful deletion, click “OK”.

How to Change Password 1) Click on “My Profile” drop-down menu, then select “Change Password”.

2) Update the fields as required, then click “Save”.

Forgot Password 1) In the log in page, key in your User ID then click “Forgot Password”.

2) You will receive a password reset confirmation message (refer to the image below),

click “OK”.

3) A pop-up prompt will appear and the new password will be sent to your email, click

“OK”.

Web Booking – User Guide 4) Check to see if you have received your password reset in your email (refer to the image

below).

5) Upon first log in with this default password, you will be prompted to change a new

password (refer to the image below).
