Introduction to Department

The Department of Information Technologyflourished in the academic year 2007.

The department comprise of well qualified,dedicated faculty members cater to the need of thestudents.

The Department emphasizes on InformationSecurity, Image Processing, Software Engineering,Optical and Mobile Networks, Data Mining, WebTechnology, Cyber Security, Software Testing andseveral other recent topic.

Vision

The Department envisions to become a center ofexcellence in information technology with a strongteaching and research environment that producescompetent graduates and to inculcate traits to makethem not only good professionals but also kind,commited and socially oriented human beings.

Mission

To promote a teaching and learning process thatincludes latest advancements in informationtechnology,that provides strong practical base for thegraduates to make them excellent human capital forsustainable copmpetitive edge and social releveanceby inculcating the philosophy of continuous learningand innovation in the core areas.
