producing 70% concentrated Heavy black liquor (HBL). Operation of Lime kiln and Recausticizer- Make: FLsmidth , Capacity- 33 TPH of white

Liquor manufacturing. Commissioning of Weigh Feeder for lime feeding- Make: FLsmidth, Capacity- 7 TPH. Commissioning of Secondary Super heater panel in Recovery Boiler. Successful implementation of TPM ( Total productive management) and organizing

5S in the plant. Data management and Analysis using SAP ECC 6.1

Kobestsu Kaizen (KK) Project on reduction in use of Lime- Base line: 1.11 ton/White

liquor , Target: 1.06 ton/White liquor. Current status: 1.08 ton/White liquor.

Z-Bad(Breakdown, accident, defect) Project on Medium Pressure (MP) steam saving in

Recovery Section- Base line: 105 MT/Day , Target: 95 MT/day. Current status: 90

MT/day.

Z-Bad(Breakdown, accident, defect) Project on ORE (Overall recovery efficiency)

Improvement. Base line: 94 % , Target: 96.5% , Current Status: 95.6 %.

Presented seminar of “Various methods of Petroleum Fraction Blending”

Undertaken vocational training at Indian Farmer fertilizer co-operation limited (IFFCO) –

Kalol unit from 5/6/13 to 25/6/13.
