Maintains a Satisfied Client Base for the Product & Industry and Identify future projects. Prepares quotations from tenders and RFQs from different customers. Communicates with different suppliers, both local and foreign, to formulate the best offer to customers. When necessary, coordinates with couriers and forwarders to facilitate logistic arrangements for those materials with the least cost possible. Analyzes present company information on Sales, Inventory, Customer and others to identify gaps and proposes solutions to close them. Forecast monthly sales volume to plan inventory helping to maintain smooth flow of end products from EXXON MOBIL to end user. Following up with supplier and ensured the availability of the material at the right time for the desired function. Ensures proper implementation and utilization of Mobil Engineering support tools such as: Signum® Oil Analysis. Proof of Performance (POP). Lubricant Selector (Looble).
