Important Instruction Related to Online Application for

admission.

1. It is strongly advised to use Google Chrome for online application. If you use Google Chrome, then you will face very less problem as the steps mention in this document is performed on Google Chrome browser.

2. Before filling online application enable pop-up into your browser

a. For Chrome: Open Setting

b. Follows the steps shown in the following figure

c. Scroll down and finds Pop-ups and results. Follows the following steps

d. Un-block the pop-ups as shown in the following figure

e. Once pop-unable it looks like in the following figure

3. Strongly advised to close the Google Chrome browser and re-open it.

4. To check courses, eligibility criteria, fees, syllabus and entrance examination syllabus the visit our website → academics → Institute → programs → information brochure

6. It is strongly advisable to press control (ctrl) + F5 for latest updates while visit this page. In which you will find details related to institute wise course details, important dates and important announcement.

7. It is highly advisable to read admission procedure, terms and condition very carefully before applying online application.

8. Prepare scan copy of recent photograph of maximum 150 kb size. If it is more than 150 kb then you are not able to submit the application.

9. Prepare scan copy of recent signature on maximum 150 kb. If it is more than 150 kb then you are not able to submit the application.

10. Keep scan copy of Leaving Certificate, Mark sheets of – SSC, HSC, Graduation, Post-Graduation, cast certificate (if any) with you. Scan copy of individual certificate should not be more than 1 MB otherwise online application does not allow to submit the application.

11. Keep credit card / debit card or bank account detail for payment.

13. When you send printed application with all relevant mark-sheets / testimonial, write Institute Name and Course Name on the cover in a bigger font.

How application Works??

Manual – How to fill an Application Form

1. Open the web browser and type the URL http://gfsuadm.gipl.in/frmwelcome.aspx and the below page will open.

2. Click on “Apply Now” button.

3. Navigate to the below screen.

3.1 Select Institute for course which you want to apply.

3.2 Then select the Course/Program which you want to apply.

4. Once you select the Program the Terms and Conditions will appear. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and

then select the “I Agree” check box and click the button “Register”.

5. Fill the Personal Information and click the button “SAVE AND PROCEED”.

6. Once you click on “SAVE & PROCEED”, System will generate an Application Number and Password and both things

will receive on you registered email.

7. An Email (Application Number and Password)

8. Again back to admission portal http://gfsuadm.gipl.in/frmwelcome.aspx and enter your Application Number and

Password and click on “Sign In” button.

9. After login the below screen appear.

10. If you want to change your password, then you can change the password through “Change Password” menu.

(Optional)

11. Click on menu “Edit Application Form” (left panel menu) for further form details. (below screen will appear)

12. Check the Personal Detail and click on “SAVE & PROCEED” and the system will navigate Criteria Detail information.

13. Enter Postal Details and click on “SAVE & PROCEED”. (If your current and permanent address is same then click the

check box “Tick if Permanent Postal Details are same as Current Postal Details.”)

14. Click on “ADD QUALIFICATION”, Enter the details and click on “Save” button. (Enter all qualifications)

15. Click on “ADD EXPERIENCE” and enter details and click on “Save” button. [Optional]

16. Click on “ADD SEMESTER/YEAR” and enter details. [Last Degree Semester/Year Details]

Note: In Name of Subjects enter those subjects only which you have not cleared in first attempt.

Enter all Semester / Year Details and click on “SAVE & PROCEED”. – See below Snap.

17. Open Other Details you can add “Additional Details” and “Attachement(s)”. [Optional]

18. Once you enter all details click on “SAVE & EXIT” and you will see below screen.

19. Confirm your details and if all is good then click on menu “Submit Application Form” and it will ask for

Confirmation of Application Submission. If you are confirmed then click on “OK”, Once you submit the application

you can not edit the application form/details.

20. After submission of Application Form, you will receive an Application submission mail with subject “Registration

Completed Successfully”.

21. Then you are required to submit the Application Form Fees online. Click on “MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT”. Once you

click on online payment it will navigate to Payment gateway and you can pay the fees.

22. Login into your account and click on “Application Summary” (from left menu) after Payment of fees. So, you can

download the Application Summary in PDF file. (For Application Summary you need to allow the Pop-up blocker

from your browser)

Note: Download the Application Summary for sending hard copy at University with required documents.

23. After Download Application Summary, take a printout and need to send at University.

After successful submission of application, candidate must send self-attested summery application with

following documents on below address.

o Application Summary

o Leaving Certificate

o SSC Marksheet / Certificate

o HSC Marksheet / Certificate

o Bachelor’s degree Marksheets / Degree Certificate

o Master’s degree Marksheets / Degree Certificate (If applicable)

o Cast Certificate (if applicable)
