Navigate to Autoship Dashboard
Step 1.
Go to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz1. Click on the login icon2. Click on LOG IN
Step 2.Sign in using your AMWAY ID (IBO number or email address) and password. Then Click SIGN IN. See the Login & Navigation User Guide for help.

Step 3.1. Once signed in go to your Mini My Account and click on the drop-down arrow.
2. Access Autoship DashboardYou can access the Autoship Dashboard by either clicking on Autoship (a) you will be taken directly to the Dashboard or by clicking on My Account (b) (see following steps).

Set up your Autoship Account - First time
b) Express Postcodes(If your Postcode is eligible for Express Post. Not available in New Zealand)

2. Delivery Addressa) Default Address (current address set up for all your deliveries)b) Choose from address book (will allow you to choose from any delivery address that you have already entered and saved)c) Enter New AddressClick on the check box to see the drop-down delivery informationi) Fill in FIND YOUR ADDRESS (it will auto fill) ii) Enter a name in the Attention To text box iii) Enter phone number (mobile or landline)iv) Choose to Save Address to Address Box by checking the box v) Click Save.
3. Credit CardClick on the drop-down arrow. i) Choose an existing saved credit card or click Add New Card (ii).
4. Order ScheduleChoose which day of the month you would like your Autoship order to be processed by clicking on the dropdown arrow, scroll and then click on the relevant date.

5. Click on SET UP to Save.
These steps will need to be completed once, then you will be taken to the Autoship Dashboard.Any of these details can be updated in the future from the dashboard via Autoship Settings.

a) Quick Addi. Click on the + on the right-hand side of Quick Add. ii. Enter the product name or number you wish to purchase in the text box.iii. Click the SEARCH button.

05 Mapping PV/BV
1. Monthly Summarya) To go to Monthly Summary; Go to the Autoship Dashboard and Click on the View Drop-down arrow. In the drop-down box click on Monthly Summary.
b) From Monthly Summary you can see the product that will be delivered in your Autoship order for that month.i) You can change your current viewing month by clicking on the drop-down box and choosing the monthii) Order Closes In: you can update your order until this time, once this time has passed the order will be placed and delivered to you.iii) Autoship Settings: you can update Credit Cards, delivery details, dates and address. (See part 3)iv) Quick Shop: add products to your order (see part 3)v) Change Quantity: Use the + or - to increase or decrease quantityvi) Check Availability

Delete a producti) You can delete an individual product by clicking on Deleteii) You can also delete an individual product by checking the check box next to the product then clicking on Delete Selectediii) You can delete multiple products by clicking on the check box next to the ones you wish to delete, then click on Delete Selectediv) You can delete all products for this month’s order by clicking on the top check box (next to Product Details), all product check boxes will be ticked, then click Delete Selected
d) SAVE: Remember to click on the SAVE button if you have made any changes to your order for that month.

2. Annual Summarya) To view your Annual Summary, go to the Autoship Dashboard and Click on the View Drop-down arrow. In the drop-down box click on Annual Summary.
b) Annual Summary will show your total PV/BV and cost for the 6-12 months.You can review upcoming months to achieve your PV goals. Products cannot be changed or updated from this annual summary page.

Part 5 b) Custom Schedule
Autoship allows you to choose how often you would like to receive an order of each product (frequency). You can choose to receive it: Monthly, Bimonthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly or Custom. If you choose custom you will then need to set up your schedule.
a) Add a product to Autoship as aboveb) In the pop-up box click on the drop-down arrow under Frequencyc) Click on Custom
d) Click on Edit Schedule

e) Choose the month and quantity that you wish to receive the product by using the – and + next to the month. Once you have set your schedule as required click on confirm.
f) Click ADD TO AUTOSHIP to save and create schedule.

g) The Product and custom schedule are added to the Autoship Dashboard.
h) You can go straight to the Autoship Dashboard to update the frequency of any products already on Autoship.

i) If you click on Edit Schedule you will need to update the schedule by using the – or + on the relevant month, then click the CONFIRM button.
j) You will be prompted to SAVE any changes that you make to your Autoship order. Click on the SAVE button.

Part 5 c) Pause Order
You can Pause an individual product or an entire order. This can be done indefinitely or until a specific time.
a) Pausing an individual product for a specific time i) Under Action Click on the drop-down arrow next Activate on the line of the individual product you wish to put on pause.
ii) Scroll down to the month in which you wish to keep the product on pause until. Note the product will be paused until after the month you choose, you will receive the product the following month (if it is not on monthly it will follow the chosen schedule).

iii) You will be prompted to SAVE any changes. Click on the SAVE button.
b) Pausing an individual product indefinitely.i) Click on the check box next to the individual product.ii) Click on Pause Selected

iii) You will be prompted to save changes to Autoship. Click on the SAVE button.
iv) To reactivate an individual product, simply click the check box. Then click on Activate Selected then click on the SAVE.

c) Pausing and reactivating the whole order or multiple products.i) Click on the check box next to Product Details (all product check boxes should then be ticked)ii) Click on Pause Selected to pause productsiii) Click the SAVE button

iv) To reactivate the order, click on the check box next to Product Details (all products check boxes should be ticked), then click on Activate Selected and click on the SAVE button.
