Client Portal Scheduling” feature is now available that provides the ability for Clients to schedule consultations directly through Guidepoint Global ‘s Client Portal. This feature utilizes a conference bridge; and allows Clients to view the Advisor‘s Calendar, Select available Tfrom Advisor Calendar, Propose Alternate Timeslots, Receive Confirmations with Bridge Conference Details, and Download Confirmed Scheduled Calls to Outlook Calendar.

The workflow process begins as usual. The Guidepoint Global Project Manager performs screening and identifies potential Advisors for requested Consultation. A screening email is sent to Advisor(s). When responding, the Advisors include their availability. When the “Advisors Available” Email is sent to the Client, a Scheduling Link will now appear next
