  • GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC PAPER PRESENTATION

    1. Presenter should be registered delegate to 13th IAFO 2015.

    2. The abstract should not exceed 200 words.

    3. Abstract should be submitted in Microsoft word format, font- Arial, font size - 12 pt.

    4. Authors should include their name, designation, affiliation, address, email id and phone number

    above the title, in the abstract.

    5. Abstract word document file name should be your Conference Registration number and name.

    For Eg: Paper Reg no. _____ Dr XYZ.

    6. Abbreviations are not allowed especially in Title (except standard accepted abbreviations)

    7. Author & HOD (in case of Post Graduate & Undergraduate) MUST review the final version of the

    submitted work and take responsibility for its contents. It should not contain misinterpretation

    or plagiarized materials.

    8. Last date for submission is September 1st

    2015.

    9. Acceptance of an abstract and assignment to a particular session will be determined solely by the

    Scientific Committee. The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.

    10. Only single author will be permitted for paper presentation.

    11. Once your paper abstract is approved, you will receive an email communication bearing the

    scientific paper number (Eg. NIAFO2015-PA6).

    12. Mention the scientific paper number (NIAFO2015-PA6) without fail in the upper right corner of

    the each slide of ppt.

    13. Please do not mention personal details, or acknowledge staff/guide/college details in the

    scientific paper presentation ppt. Doing so will lead to disqualification.
