GUIDELINES FOR PAPER PRESENTERS AND CHAIRS (NAME*)

Guidelines for Paper Presenters

Please fill in the provided biodata form from the Registration Desk/Secretariat Office after

the conference’s opening ceremony

If you requested special equipment for your presentation, please check with the Secretariat

Office during registration. It may not be possible to satisfy late requests

Prior your parallel session, please upload your Powerpoint slides into the computer in your

parallel session room at the earliest possible time

Please arrive at your designated room at least 15 minutes before you deliver your

presentation.

Papers have been allocated 20 minutes for presentation, including 10 minutes for
