GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION:

1. Online mode: Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, NEFT/RTGS/UPI/Wallet

Guidelines 1. Candidates can submit application for admission only through online. The link of the website

is onlineadmissionkgc.org.in/ www.dantan2govtcollege.ac.in 2. An applicant can apply up to a maximum of three subjects in Honours course and also in the

General course. 3. Fee to be paid for each online application is fixed at Rs. 120 /-. Application fee as well as

admission fee, once paid, will neither be refundable nor be transferable. 4. Only those candidates, who have passed their H.S. or equivalent examinations in the years

2017, 2018 or 2019, are eligible to apply. 5. To be eligible to apply both for Honours and General Courses, a student must obtain pass

marks in five recognised subjects including at least one language subject in H.S. or equivalent examinations.

6. Candidates who have passed H.S. or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (best of five excluding Environment studies) or 50% marks in the subject are eligible to apply for admission in the honours course. In case of B.Sc. honours, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in his/her H.S. or equivalent examination.

7. Applicants from vocational courses (H.S. level) are eligible to apply only for B.A. General Course.

8. Any candidate seeking admission in Lab based subjects; he/she must have obtained pass marks in those subjects in H.S. or equivalent examination.

9. If any candidate discovers any discrepancy in the Provisional Merit List then he/she is required to take-up the matter with concerned authority through email only (email Id : admggdcd2@gmail.com ; briefly state your complaint and attach scanned copy of your application form and payment slip) on 12/06/2019. After scheduled time no urge for any correction will be entertained.

AS PER THE ORDER OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT VIDE NOTIFICATION NO. 804-EDN(CS)/10M-95/14 DATED. 13/05/2019, THE ENTIRE ADMISSION PROCESS FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2019-2020 WILL BE ONLINE. AFTER THE PUBLICATION OF FINAL MERIT LIST, E-COUNSELLING CUM ADMISSION WILL BE DONE THROUGH ONLINE MODE. VERIFICATION OF RELEVENT DOCUMENTS WILL BE DONE AFTER THE START OF CLASS. THE STUDENTS NEED NOT TO COME TO THE COLLEGE PHYSICALLY BEFORE THE CLASSES START.

10. General (pass) Subjects combination will be finalized as per merit list and availability of the subjects.

11. During online filling-up of forms, please provide the data (like Marks, H.S. Registration No., e-mail ID, Mobile No., Address etc) that are valid, authentic and pertaining strictly to the applicant.

12. Provisionally admitted students are requested to produce documents to college authority for verification within the stipulated schedule, otherwise his/her admission will be treated as cancelled.

13.
