INTRODUCTION
Imagine you are reading this because you are an AIESECer, and you are interested in
all kind of tools in order to learn and be better in the daily tasks of the organization.
What you are about to read is a guide booklet for the most effective recruiting strategy
of AIESEC Puerto Rico: word of mouth. This strategy works very well when you are trying to
communicate to your friends or potential members the benefits about the world's largest stu-
dent-run organization.
You, as an AIESECer, are aware that the organization has changed your life. Here you
have friends, you are growing as a person and as a professional, you have an international
network that is getting bigger and you have the opportunity to make extraordinary things so...
What if you help other young people have the opportunity to live the same experience?
What if you make possible that more young people develop their leadership potential
and become agents of positive change just like you?
Lets do this!
“ E ngage and develop every young
person in the World ”
