Do Now ActivityDNA
Yesterday we read the story ‘All About Maui’. Use three
sentences to describe the beginning, middle and end of this
text.
• Today we are going to read the same text as yesterday, entitled
‘All About Maui’.
• If you find the text challenging, ask a parent or older sibling to
help you read it.
• On the slides following are comprehension questions. They are
split into three sections, A, B and C (challenge).
• You should all work through sections A and B and record your
answers in your book, then, for those who wish, there is the
challenge section to extend your thinking and to challenge you.
• Remember to write as full sentences, therefore you don’t need to
write the question out too.
