Guide to V-TAB Online
Log in to the system with your user credentials.
Remember to choose portal if using our website, www.v-tab.se
Right-click on a page in the flatplan to upload a PDF to it. Drag and drop your file within the dotted line. Don’t change anything in the predefined settings. Click the green check mark in the lower right corner to start the upload. Always upload to page one if your file contains all pages. The system will split the pages and place them in the right order automatically. When the upload is complete a confirmation message will appear. Remember to allow pop-up windows in your web browser, otherwise the upload window will not show!
A short while after uploadingthe files they will start processing in the system. Click on the eye in the row of symbols to manually update the status of the pages on the web site.

Double click on a page in the flatplan overview to open an enlarged pre-view and verify the page contents. You can also right-click and choose Preview to enlarge the page.Page approvalcan be done in several ways; Right-click on a page in the flatplan and choose Approve or Click the button Approve in the preview window. To approve multiple pages click the button Change Status in the row of buttons. Choose pages and click on the green check mark.Please note that if an already approved page needs to be resent you must always contact Central Prepress at phone +46 10-4806590 to unlock it.
Warnings from the preflight system can easily be read when double clicking the blinking triangle at the top of thumbnails of pages with a red border. Warnings appear as plain text in the Preflight results and as a low-res PDF with visible links to the errors. The low-res PDF is reached from the PDF symbol in the Preflight result window. Click the radio button Approve and then the green check mark to approve preflight errors from the Preflight results window.
