1. Visit www.google.com/reader2. Sign in using your existing Google account

Subscribing to RSS Feeds

There are three primary ways to subscribe to an RSS feed. This is option A.

1. Go to the webpage you want to subscribe to

2. Find the RSS icon and click on it

3. A new page, the RSS Feed page will pop up

4. Subscribe using the drop-down menu provided

Subscribing to RSS Feeds

There are three primary ways to subscribe to an RSS feed. This is option B.

1. Visit the blog you’ll subscribe to

2. Find the RSS icon and click on it

3. A new page, the RSS Feed page will pop up

4. Copy the feed’s website address

5. Return to Google Reader and paste the address into the “Add a Subscription” section

Subscribing to RSS Feeds

There are three primary ways to subscribe to an RSS feed. This is option C. 1. You can ignore the RSS icon on

the blog page and instead, subscribe through icons in your browser

2. Depending on what browser you are using, you can click on the favicon (in Firefox)

3. Or click on the browser’s RSS feed icon

4. Follow the directions as in options A&B

Organizing the Reader

1. Read all links as a stream or focus just on one website

2. Organize your reader by rearranging links

3. Edit preferences, create folders to organize links and more in “Manage Subscriptions”

4. That’s the basics, now start reading!
