The Global Transaction Team (GTT) Programme is a rotational program for MBAs. It‘s designed to offer Associate Investment Officers a broad base of industry and regional experience upon which to build a career in IFC. Participants undertake two or three assignments of about twelve months each in Washington, DC or in IFC‘s regional offices. At the end of the program, participants are placed in a regional office and begin to develop a specialised career path. The IFC also runs a Summer Internship Programme for candidates in the first or second-to-last year of an MBA or similar graduate program.
