The careers website can be found at Careers. Barclays have two MBA Programmes – the Barclays Global Leaders Programme and Barclays Operational Executive Programme. For both programmes, successful applicants will need to have completed an MBA from a top Business School, have significant work experience prior to the programme including international experience and be fluent in English and ideally one other language. If they are successful and studying at a Business School that Barclays are visiting, their first round interview will be held on campus. MBAs are recruited into an International Management role. To be considered, applicants must speak English and at least one other language fluently but an aptitude for languages is also essential as successful participants will need to be able to speak a third language within their first five years as an International Manager. Roles are based in the US, Hong Kong and the UK. Candidates do not need a financial background but must have substantial business experience and an MBA.
