Guide to Making an Accelerated Movie with Windows Movie Maker

Step 1. Upload the video and drag it into your DOCUMENTS …

Step 2. Find your video by zooming and waiting for the images to load

Then DRAG the video into your DOCUMENTS folder

Step 3. Open Window Live Movie Maker and load in your video

Step 4. Wait for the video to load

It might take a couple minutes depending on the length on the video

Step 5. Get rid of the audio from the video

Step 6. Record your audio

After plugging in your microphone

Make sure to save with a good title (ex. Project name Recording)

Step 7. Click Home and Add Music

Step 8. Click on the audio and make sure it was good recording.

If the voices are muffled or you are not loud enough, try again.

If you do not hear anything, call over a teacher.

Step 9. Click Edit. Your screen should now look something like this

Step 10. Adjust the Speed to match up with audio. You make have to type in the exact speed you want (ex.

x2.6), if you want to be precise.

Do not use the Trim tool. It will just cut the video’s length, not speed it up.

Step 11. Once you have completed this, your screen should look like this. MAKE SURE THE VIDEO

STOPS AFTER THE AUDIO.

Step 12. Now Save the project (ex. Project name Presentation) AND then it again to create actual video

Step 13. Once, you have done this, call over your teacher, so they can upload it.
