Faculty staff, employees or students exhibit symptoms of flu:

（ Self-health management: Measure the body temperature every day. Report to the school when having

symptoms ）

Symptoms ：fever 、 cough 、 headache 、 muscle pains 、 exhausted 、 running nose and sore throat

REPORT

Working Hours (8 am-5 pm, Mon-Fri.)

1.Contact department office→Assist patient to go see a doctor

2.Report to NCCU Campus Security Report Center (ext.66119）→ Inform the parents. → Report to MOE Campus Security Report Center.

3.Report to the Health Service Section (ext.77425）→ Report to WenShan Health Service Center.

Report procedures

May go to the clinics in the neighborhood first (eg. Tzu-Yu Clinic).If there are H1N1-like symptoms, patients should be transferred to Wan Fang Hospital. （萬芳醫院）

Notice ：

1.Immediate reports.2.For patients and those who assistor contact the patients:→wear a mask→throw used masks properly →avoid unnecessary talking→wash hands frequently

Non-Working Hours (weekdays after 5 pm; weekends/holidays)

On-campus dorm residents: Inform the dorm guidance counselor to assistant to seek assistance.
