Cambrils Park will start its 25th season with the same

excitement as always. We will be ready to welcome you having

adopted all the necessary hygiene and prevention measures

against Covid-19, so that you can enjoy a safe and quality

holidays with absolute normality.

We will keep reinforcing our high standards of hygiene, disinfection and

regular cleaning, something that has always been an absolute priority for

the Resort, and one of the aspects most valued by our guests.

We will, at all times, implement all the measures stipulated by Health

authorities, based on the evolution of the pandemic.

We will maintain the Covid-19 Technical Committee made up of

professionals from our Quality, Food Hygiene and Occupational Risk

departments, to ensure compliance with the established protocols.

The Cambrils Park team will be properly trained and will work safely.

We remind you that last summer we obtained the Safe Tourism

Certified certificate awarded and audited by the ICTE (Instituto para la

Calidad Turistica Española) which is a public body that operates under

the supervision of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, and

identifies the tourism companies that implement strict protocols to

prevent Covid-19.

Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the busiest areas, such as:

receptions, bars and restaurants, sanitary facilities, shops, pool areas,

mini club and playgrounds.

Information boards to inform you of the security measures and the

maximum authorized capacities.

Floor markers to identify the safe distance to stand.

At restaurants, tables placed at a safety distance from each other.

Capacity limitation in the sanitary facilities for social distancing.

We will carry out continuous cleaning of facilities and public areas

with products that guarantee their disinfection.

Swimming pools are an important asset of the holidays at

Cambrils Park Family Resort. Keeping in mind the knowledge

attained during the summer of 2020, we will continue with the

implementation of measures so that you can enjoy the pools with

total peace of mind.

SWIMMING POOLS

Disinfection mats at the entrances to the pool areas.

Sunbeds separated in groups of 2 to 5 units to ensure social

distancing between family groups.

Continuous disinfection of sunbeds.

Cleaning and disinfection of the paved areas of the pools.

Signage to inform guests about the capacity in the crowded areas of

the swimming pools such as slides and entrances

Support staff to inform guests about the correct use of sunbeds and to

control the capacity of the area.

For technical reasons, the pool areas will be closed from 2 pm to 3 pm,

to disinfect the area and the sunbeds.

We remind you that before your arrival, you can address any enquiry you

might have to our customer service department calling, sending an

email or via social media.

Once at the Camping & Resort you will be able to contact Reception

via WhatsApp, so that we can take care of any request during your stay,

without having to come in person to Reception. In addition, most of the

Resort’s accommodations have a phone to directly call Reception.

An improved online check-in system so that, when you arrive, you don’t

We will keep our cleaning and disinfection protocols that

safely protect our guests and staff.

CLEANING OF THEACCOMMODATIONS

We will maintain our cleaning and disinfection protocols approved and

audited by our Covid-19 Technical Committee.

All air ducts in the accommodation will be disinfected before

opening to the public April 23, and after each check-out, the air

conditioning filters will be disinfected to guarantee clean air.

A seal on your accommodation will be used to indicate that the

accommodation has been disinfected and that once it has been

completed, no one has entered the accommodation.

BARS AND RESTAURANTSHolidays are not the same without a great gastronomic offer.

Therefore, we will keep all the hygiene and safety rules this way

you will be able to enjoy, once more, at our bars and

restaurants.

Our establishments will be adapted to meet the maximum capacity

requirements and social distancing in accordance with the official

recommendations.

An improved QR codes system will be used to read the menus.

The protocols to guarantee air circulation and the quality of the air will

be kept in all the establishments.

Protocols to guarantee the correct handling of food and proper

disinfection of fruit and vegetables will be maintained.

The entertainment team at Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou will

adapt its activity to make you enjoy a wide range of activities and

shows for all ages.

ENTERTAINMENTAND SPORTS

We will, at all times, adapt the capacity of the sports facilities and the

mini club to comply with the regulations in force.

We will offer a new range of outdoor activities for children.

We will keep the protocols for the proper use of the fitness room and

for its correct disinfection.

We will keep enjoying the night shows always respecting the maximum

authorized capacity and social distancing.

The 2020 summer experience has proven that, complying

with the sanitation and health recommendations, it is possible
