The Competent authority is pleased to fix the following norms for the Guest Houses situated in

the Institute Campus.

A. Chargeable Rent :­

B. Guest House No.1 & 2 wIll be self sustamable umt.

C. Separate bank A/c will be opened, independent audit! A/c be done by CA.

D. For Institute guest the charges will be borne by Institute and transferred to guest house account.

E. The chargeable rates for breakfast & meals

F. The menu will be worked by Coordmator Guest House through a CommIttee constItuted for the

purpose from time to time.

G. Canteen/Mess ofGH-2 will be rented at Rs.5000/- per day.

H. The. rates will be considered for revision after every two years.

I. The power to waive off the guest house charges upto 50% and 100% vested with Registrar and Director

respectively.

The order will be made effective from 1st March 2014.
