RACCORDI SERIE GU

The GU line is made of Couplings and Inserts.They allow for a quick, safe connection and discon-nection of two parts within a pneumatic installationwithout cutting off the air supply.They are indeed provided with a poppet valvesystem that stops the air flow during the disconnec-tion phase. Couplings are mainly used to rapidlyconnect the air tubes with pneumatic tools and forthis purpose a female coupling with a poppet isassembled on the pressurised part and the maleinsert on the tools to be disconnected.

La série GU se compose de coupleurs et d’em-bouts. Ils permettent un branchement et un débran-chement rapide et sûr grace à la soupape de rete-nue qui bloque le débit. Le démontage peut êtreeffectué pas conséquant sans interruption de l’ali-mentation d’air. L’emploi le plus commun est dansles installations pneumatiques pour l’accouplementrapide entre la distribution d’air comprimé et lesoutils pneumatiques. Il suffit de monter le coupleuravec soupape côté sous pression et l’embout surl’outil que l’on veut débrancher.

La serie GU è costituita da “Giunti ad InnestoRapido”. Essi consentono un rapido collegamento escollegamento tra due parti di un impianto senzadover togliere alimentazione al circuito poichéprovvisti di un otturatore che blocca il flusso in po-sizione di disinnesto. Il tipico impiego è quello dimettere in comunicazione rapidamente l’impianto didistribuzione con eventuali accessori pneumatici.Per effettuare questa operazione senza togliere ali-mentazione al circuito occorre montare il corpofemmina dotato di otturatore sulla parte in pressio-ne dell’impianto mentre l’innesto maschio sull’ac-cessorio che si intende scollegare.

GU ist unsere Schnellverschlußkupplungsserie.Sie finden in pneumatischen Anlangen Anwendung,wo eine schnelle Verbindung zwischen einerDruckluftleitung und pneumatischen Zubehörenerfolgen muss.Die Kupplung ist mit einem internen Ventil versehen,das die sichere und schnelle Kupplung undEntkupplung ohne die Luftversorgung abzusperren,ermöglicht.Ein korrekter Einsazt berücksichtigt, dass dieKupplung in der Druckanlage und der Stecknippelam zu entkuppelnden Zubehör montiert werden.

Releases can not occur, not even accidentally, if the releaseprocedure is not followed as described above.

Les connecteurs multi-coupleurs se composent pardeux parties, une mobile qui est à brancher auxarmoires de commande des machines actionéespneumatiquement, l’autre, la partie fixe, se montesur l’équipment de distribution d’air. VIELFACHVERBINDER

I connettori multipli sono dispositivi costituiti da unaparte fissa, da collegare generalmente agli armadi dicomando delle macchine ad azionamento pneuma-tico e da una parte mobile da collegare all’impiantodi distribuzione dell’aria. Il vantaggio che offre l’uti-lizzo di un connettore è che un fascio di tubi (da unminimo di 8 ad un massimo di 20), viene collegato escollegato con estrema velocità e sicurezza. MULTIPLE CONNECTOR

The multiple connector is made of a fixed part to beconnected to the control device of pneumatic powe-red machines and a mobile part to be assembled tothe air distribution equipment. The big advantageoffered by it, is that a bundle of hoses, varying frommin 8 to max 20 tubes, can be rapidly and safelyconnected and disconnected.Our multiple connector is manufactured in such away that the reverse assembly of the two parts is notpossible.

Salvo diversa indicazione, le presenti Condizioni Generali diVendita sono applicabili alle Transazioni tra il Venditore el’Acquirente. Le seguenti Condizioni Generali di Venditacostituiscono l’unico ed integrale accordo tra le parti.Eventuali modifiche o emendamenti delle stesse devonoessere concordati per iscritto tra le Parti. Nelle presentiCondizioni Generali di Vendita l’uso dell’espressione “periscritto” indicherà un documento sottoscritto dalle parti o unacomunicazione a mezzo lettera, fax o e-mail.

1 ACCETTAZIONE DELLE CONDIZIONI GENERALI DIVENDITA

1.1 Le Parti dichiarano e convengono di considerare le pre-senti Condizioni Generali di Vendita essenziali per la con-clusione delle Transazioni tra C.MATIC e l’Acquirente.

1.2 L’Acquirente riconosce ed accetta che ogni ordine effet-tuato implica la completa accettazione, senza alcunariserva, delle presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita.

1.3 Il Compratore riconosce che le Presenti Condizioni diVendita sono identiche a quelle allegate al CatalogoUfficiale di C.MATIC e che sono pertanto ben noteall’Acquirente.

2. ORDINI E RELATIVE CONFERME2.1 Qualsivoglia ordine trasmesso dall’Acquirente deve

essere formulato per iscritto e sarà vincolante per ilVenditore esclusivamente al momento dell’accettazio-ne scritta di quest’ultimo tramite la Conferma d’Ordine.Gli ordini verbali o telefonici ed eventuali modifiche dicarattere verbale degli ordini devono essere conferma-te per iscritto dall’Acquirente entro 2 giorni dalla tra-smissione dell’ordine di riferimento.

3. MATERIALE ILLUSTRATIVO3.1 Fatto salvo per quanto attiene alle Condizioni Generali

di Vendita come specificato al precedente articolo 1.3,i cataloghi o altri materiali pubblicitari costituisconosolo un’indicazione della tipologia di prodotti. Le infor-mazioni in essi contenuti devono essere considerateesclusivamente come raccomandazioni indicative enon come garanzia.

3.2 Tutti i progetti, le dimensioni e le prestazioni dei prodottidi C.Matic, come descritti nei cataloghi societari, pos-sono essere suscettibili di modifiche e/o perfeziona-menti a seguito della politica di C.Matic finalizzata almiglioramento dei prodotti su base continua.

4. CONSEGNA E TRASFERIMENTO DI RISCHI4.1 La data di consegna indicata nella Conferma d’Ordine

non deve essere intesa come vincolante.4.2 Il Venditore rispetterà tuttavia al meglio delle proprie

capacità la data di consegna precisata in dettaConferma d’Ordine. Qualora preveda di non essere ingrado di consegnare i prodotti alla data di cui sopra, neinformerà per iscritto l’Acquirente nel più breve terminepossibile, indicando, nei limiti del possibile, la data diconsegna prevista. Resta comunque inteso che i ritar-

di non autorizzeranno l’Acquirente ad esigere unindennizzo per i danni subiti, né a rinviare i pagamentio ad annullare gli ordini.

4.3 In particolare, i ritardi intervenuti a seguito di eventi diforza maggiore o di atti e/o omissioni imputabili all’Ac-quirente non si intenderanno imputabili al Venditore.

4.4 Salvo indicazione contraria delle Parti, la consegna deiprodotti è EX WORKS (CCI Incoterms 2000 EXW). Intale caso, gli obblighi di consegna del Venditore saran-no soddisfatti una volta che l’Acquirente potrà disporredelle merci presso i locali del Venditore stesso. IlVenditore, salvo accordo contrario, non è responsabiledell’operazione di carico delle merci sul veicolo fornitodall’Acquirente o del loro sdoganamento per finalità diesportazione. L’Acquirente si assume tutti i costi, com-presi quelli assicurativi, ed i rischi riguardanti la presain consegna delle merci dai locali del Venditore fino allalocalità di destinazione prescelta.

5. IMBALLAGGIO5.1 I componenti di C.MATIC vengono imballati in scatole

di cartone idonee per il trasporto e gratuite. Non èdisponibile altra confezione alternativa. Le richieste perimballaggi speciali dovranno essere preventivamentepattuite per iscritto con C.MATIC.

6. ACCURATEZZA NELLE SPEDIZIONI6.1 In caso di responsabilità del Venditore circa eventuali

errori interpretativi rispetto agli ordini e all’imballaggio,lo stesso provvederà a rettificarli il prima possibile.

6.2 Il Venditore non è tenuto ad accettare la restituzione dicomponenti ordinati per errore dalla clientela e, solo incaso sia stato espressamente convenuto, il saldo debi-tore verrà diminuito in modo tale da corrispondere a unariduzione del 60% sul prezzo corrisposto dal cliente.

7. PAGAMENTI7.1 Tutti gli importi dovuti dall’Acquirente devono essere

regolati alla data indicata in fattura. In caso di mancatoricevimento del pagamento entro la data di cui sopra,saranno automaticamente applicati e dovutidall’Acquirente gli interessi per ritardato pagamento. Iltasso d’interesse si basa su quello della BancaCentrale Europea vigente, maggiorato del 7 %.

7.2 Il Venditore si riserva il diritto di sospendere un qual-siasi ordine o consegna in caso di ritardato pagamen-to da parte dell’Acquirente. Nell’eventualità di mancataconclusione di un accordo tra il Venditore el’Acquirente, le presenti Condizioni Generali di Venditasi intendono valide a tutti gli effetti.

8. COSTI8.1 Qualsivoglia imposta, tributo, costo di collaudo, costo

di trasporto dei Prodotti dal deposito del Venditore alladestinazione prevista e, di regola, qualsivoglia costocorrente e/o futuro in relazione al contratto resta a cari-co dell’Acquirente.

9. RECLAMI9.1 L’Acquirente provvederà a informare per iscritto il

Venditore circa eventuali reclami relativi all’imballaggio,al quantitativo, al numero o alle caratteristiche esterio-ri dei Prodotti entro 10 giorni dal loro ricevimento. Incaso contrario, decadrà il diritto dell’Acquirente dirivendicare la presenza degli anzidetti difetti.

9.2 I reclami riguardanti vizi occulti, non rilevabili a seguitodi un’attenta verifica subito dopo il ricevimento deiProdotti, verranno comunicati al Venditore entro 10 gior-ni lavorativi dalla loro scoperta. In caso contrario, deca-drà il diritto dell’Acquirente di rivendicare la presenzadei vizi di cui sopra.

9.3 Nell’eventualità di inoltro tempestivo di reclami daparte dell’Acquirente, il Venditore potrà alternativamen-te (i) riparare o (ii) sostituire i prodotti difettosi. Al rice-vimento del reclamo, C.MATIC si riserva il diritto dirichiedere campioni per finalità di valutazione.

9.4 In caso di reclamo, l’Acquirente non potrà sospendereo ritardare o comunque rinviare i pagamenti deiProdotti difettosi, né di altre forniture. Si esclude altre-sì il diritto di recesso dell’Acquirente.

10. GARANZIA - LIMITAZIONE DI RESPONSABILITÁ10.1 Il Venditore dichiara e garantisce all’Acquirente il soddi-

sfacimento delle specifiche dei Prodotti per un periodo di12 mesi a decorrere dalla data di consegna.

10.2 In caso di mancata comunicazione al Venditore di difet-ti rilevati nei Prodotti entro i termini di cui all’articolo 9,l’Acquirente non avrà diritto a far valere la garanzia.

10.3 La garanzia non è applicabile in caso di (i) uso incom-patibile dei Prodotti rispetto alle specifiche tecniche, (ii)danni arrecati ai Prodotti per motivi non imputabili alVenditore.

10.4 In caso di perdita o danno a carico dell’Acquirente inconseguenza di Prodotti difettosi, salvo che in caso diatti fraudolenti o di grave negligenza del Venditore, laresponsabilità di C.MATIC e, pertanto, il risarcimentodanni, non potrà eccedere il valore degli anzidettiProdotti difettosi;

10.5 In caso di perdita o danno a carico dell’Acquirente aseguito (a titolo esemplificativo) del mancato adempi-mento dei propri obblighi, di penali per ritardate conse-gne alla clientela e di altri danni, ammende o rimborsidovuti a fronte della relazione commerciale in esseretra l’Acquirente e la sua clientela, la responsabilità delVenditore sarà limitata al valore dei Prodotti difettosi.

11. LEGGE APPLICABILE E FORO COMPETENTE11.1 Le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita sono rego-

late dalla legge italiana.11.2 Ogni controversia derivante dalle presenti Condizioni

Generali di Vendita, comprese quelle riguardanti la lorovalidità, interpretazione, adempimento e revoca,saranno di competenza esclusiva del Foro di Milano.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALEThe following General Conditions shall apply to SaleTransactions between the Seller and the Buyer, unless diffe-rently stated.The following General Conditions represent thesole and complete agreement between the Seller and theBuyer and, therefore, modifications of or deviation from themmust be agreed in writing. Wherever these GeneralConditions use the term “in writing”, this shall mean by docu-ment signed by the parties or by letter, fax or e-mail.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE1.1 The Parties acknowledge and agree to consider these

General Conditions of Sale to be essential.1.2 The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that placing an

order implies complete acceptance without reservationof these general conditions of sale.

1.3 The Buyer acknowledges that these GeneralConditions of Sale are identical to the ones enclosedwithin the Official Catalogue of C.MATIC which arewell-known to the Buyer

2. ORDERS AND ORDERS CONFIRMATION 2.1 Any order from the Buyer shall be in writing and shall

be binding for the Seller, only when accepted in writingby the Seller with the Order Confirmation. Verbal ortelephoned orders and any oral modification of ordersmust be confirmed in writing by the Buyer within 2 daysfrom the transmission of the order.

3. LITERATURE3.1 Except for the General Conditions of Sale as indicated

under previous Article 1.3, Catalogues or other adver-tising materials are to be deemed as only an indicationof the type of products. Any information therein shouldbe considered as a recommendation only and not aguarantee.

3.2 All designs, dimensions and performances of C.MATICproducts as described in the Company’s cataloguesmay be subject to modifications and/or improvementsdue to C.MATIC policy of upgrading products on anongoing basis.

4. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISKS4.1 The time of the delivery stated in our Order

Confirmation is not to be considered as binding.4.2 The Seller shall, however, to the best of his ability,

observe the time of delivery indicated in the OrderConfirmation. If the Seller expects that He will be unableto deliver the products at the date indicated in the OrderConfirmation, He must inform the Buyer in writing withinthe shortest delay stating, as far as possible, the esti-mated date of delivery. However, the delays shall notentitle the Buyer to claim compensation for damages, todelay payments or to cancel orders.

4.3 In particular, any delay caused by force majeure or byacts or omissions of the Buyer shall not be consideredas a delay for which the Seller is responsible.

4.4 Unless otherwise stated by the parties, the delivery ofthe products shall be EX WORKS (ICC Incoterms 2000EXW). In this case the Seller will have fulfilled his obli-gations to deliver when he shall have made the goodsavailable at the premises to the Buyer. In particular, heis not responsible for loading the goods on the vehicleprovided by the Buyer or for clearing the goods forexport, unless otherwise agreed. The Buyer bears allcosts and risks involved in taking the goods from theSeller’s premises to the chosen destination, includedthe insurance costs.

5. PACKAGING5.1 C.MATIC components are packed in cardboard boxes,

suitable for transit and free of cost. No other alternati-ve package is available. Special packaging requestsmust be agreed with C.MATIC in writing.

6. DESPATCH EXACTNESS6.1 If Seller is responsible for any mistake in interpretation

of orders and packaging, it shall undertake to correctHis mistakes as soon as possible.

6.2 Seller is not supposed to accept back componentsordered by mistake by the customers and, only whenagreed, credit will be raised to correspond to 60% offthe price paid by the customer.

7. PAYMENTS7.1 All amounts owed by the Buyer should be settled on

the stated invoice expiration day. If no payment is recei-ved by the invoice expiration date, interest charges areautomatically applied. The interest rate is based on theEuropean Central Bank interest rate, valid at the time,and increased by 7 %.

7.2 Seller reserves the right to stop any order or consign-ment if the payment of the Products is delayed by theBuyer.These conditions are to be understood valid to allintents and purposes, if no agreement is entered intobetween the Seller and the Buyer.

8. COSTS8.1 Any and all taxes, levies, testing costs [at the entran-

ce], transportation costs of the products from theSeller’s warehouse to destination and in general anyand all present and /or future costs in connection withthe contract are to be borne by the Buyer.

9. COMPLAINTS9.1 The Buyer shall inform the Seller of any complaints rela-

ted to packing, quantity, number or exterior features ofthe Products, in writing, within 10 days from receipt ofthe Products. Failing such notification the Buyer’s right

to claim the above defects shall be forfeited.9.2 Complaints regarding hidden defects which cannot be

discovered on the basis of a careful inspection uponreceipt of the Products, shall be notified in writing to theSeller, within 10 working days from the discovery of thedefects. Failing such notification the Buyer’s right toclaim the above defects shall be forfeited.

9.3 In case the Buyer will timely make its complaints, theSeller may alternatively (i) repair or (ii) substitute thedefective products. On receipt of the complaint, C.MATICreserve the right to request samples for evaluation.

9.4 Pending a complaint, the Buyer will have no right tosuspend or delay the payments of the defectiveProducts, nor of different supplies. Any right of termi-nation of the agreement by the Buyer is also excluded.

10. WARRANTY - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY10.1 The Seller represents and warrants to the Buyer that the

Products shall meet the Product specification for a periodof 12 months from the date of the delivery to the Buyer.

10.2 The Buyer will loose his right to enforce the warranty ifhe does not notify to the Seller the defects of the pro-ducts within the terms indicated in article 9..

10.3 The warranty is excluded in case of (i) use of the pro-ducts inconsistent with their technical specifications,(ii) damages caused to the products for reasons notattributable to the Seller.

10.4 In case the Buyer incurs in a loss or damage due todefective products, except in case of fraud or grossnegligence of the Seller, the Seller’s liability and, con-sequently, the compensation of the due damages shallnot exceed the value of the defective products.

10.5 For any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer for (butnot limited to) lack of fulfillment of his obligations,penalties for delayed deliveries to customers, and forany other damage, penalty or reimbursement due inconnection with the commercial relationship betweenthe Buyer and His customers, the liability of the Sellershall be limited to the value of the defective products.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION11.1 These General Conditions shall be governed by the

Laws of Italy, excluding the application of the ViennaConvention on the International Sales of Goods.

11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the salecontracts entered into between the Seller and theBuyer pursuant to these General Conditions of Saleshall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of theCourts where the Seller has its registered office.However, as an exception to the above, the Seller is inany case entitled to bring its action before the compe-tent Court of the place where the Buyer has its regi-stered office.
