Integration Integration of corporate policies and project policies while developing project phase authorization, project execution planning, managing the project execution integrating the quality planning, work monitoring and control with integrating the lessons learned process, change management and project phase close out. Project Authorization covering, review of project objectives, PEP, WBS and scope statement while selecting the front end loading methodology. Publish integration management plan while confirming that project authorization in place. Update project charter, validate the preliminary scope statement and gather information and review detail schedule and planning. Prepare PEP including HES and manage project in line with PEP along with change management process. Work monitoring and control process through collecting the project performance data, analyse project cost and schedule using EVM and risks through issue logs and implement action plan with forecast risks, issues, costs and schedule Identify potential change, analyse change for impact cost, scope, schedule, quality, HES and project risk. After change approved implement mitigation plans, update impact plan, update project schedule and payment profile.

Scope Integration of corporate policies and project policies while developing the scope planning, scope definition integrating the quality planning, WBS creation and Scope control. Plan detail scope with WBS interface and process the deliverables. Further decomposition of WBS with quality control audits. In case of change update the registers with corrective action plans.
