• Instructions: This is Rotation/Phase 1, Week 4, DOR 14
• Individually complete a DOR on your group’s Case Study Trainee. (Each FTO in the room must complete a DOR)
• Grade your trainees accordingly based on the Case Studies
• If there is an area that has not been observed in the Case Study but can be reasonably inferred that it occurred, i.e. Driving Non-Stress, Orientation Non-stress, etc…give 3s, 4s, or 5s.
• If there is an area that has not been observed in the Case Study
that may not have occurred, i.e. Driving Stress Conditions, etc…give N.O. (Not Observed) Remember: Limit your N.O.s
