Methodology

The audit would investigate and report on the

Any retrospective variations of trade agreements

Incorrect / invalid deductions

Our compliance report would highlight any potential breaches

of the GSCOP and recommend solutions along with any future

strategy or training that could be required to remain compliant.

This will allow you to:

Report to the GCA and show that adherence to the

code is being monitored internally

issue before it is logged with the GCA

In addition to a targeted approach, we also recommend

operating specific day Deep Dive audits. These would be

conducted on a rolling basis at a pre-determined frequency,

where on a selected day we will investigate all emails, sales

and purchase ledger entries and highlight any potential

issues across your entire supplier base. These audits can be

conducted as regularly as you wish: monthly, quarterly or

annually depending on your individual requirements.
