Acodenry for Intemational Business Olficials (AIBO, also known as TrainingCcnter of lhe Ministry of Connrcrcc), is the only educational and raining institution
directly afiiliated to the Ministry otConmerce (MOFCOM), People's Republic of China.
Situated in the famous Xiaotangshon Longmai hot spring area, Changping District,
on the riverside of Wenyu River which is reputed qs the mother river of Beijing, AIBOboasts a history of 39 years. Covering Bn area of nearly 600 nrrr (about 40 hectares) with
the total floor area of over 100,000 m2, it enjoys beautiful environment and fresh air and
has all necessory facilities, Besides, it is conveniently connected to the city's
transportation networks.
AIBO provides training, academic teaching, conference service as well as holiday
serviee. It has meeling rooms (including VIP rooms) of various sizes. AIBO's hotel is
well-furnished and provides all necessary facilities.
AIBO is the first to organize seminars for govemment business officials from other
developing countries starting from 1998. Now seminars it organizes cover o large range oflopics such as economic administration, trade and investment, city planning and
administration, telecommunication, mnsportation, construction of development zones,
logistie management, development of natural resources, international labor cooperation,
coordinated developmcnt of urban and rural areas, wireless comrnunication and digital TV
technology, clean energy, etc. Apart from the seminars for ofiicials at director's level or
director general's level, AIBO has also organized many ministerial workshops.
By the end of 2018, AIBO has organized 1530 seminars/workshops including 105
Ministerial Workshops, receiving 43302 ofticials including 948 ministerial officials and 5
vice national leader from 159 countries and regions around the world.
AIBO will strive to make new contributions to the developmeni of Chins's commerce
and develop into a well-known educational and training institution both at home and
abroad.

registration of professional health personnel training institutions. It is adjacent to the
Anzhen Hospital afiiliated to the Capital Medical University and the Bird's Nest. The
water cube is just across the street and the traffrc is very convenient. In February 2012, he
participated in the preparatory establishment of the All-Physician Branch of the Beijing
Medical Association, He is the vice president unit of the Beijing Community llealth
Promotion Association.
Based on the principle of facing the grassroots, facing the society and positioning the
application of talents, the center focuses on the improvement of the professional tevel ofthe students and enables them to achieve sustainable development. The center hos many
years of medical education and training experience, and has a professional and
experienced The expert team carried out training progroms including qualification
promotion training, continuing education training, public rvelfare training, and extemat
cooperation and exchanges. Nowadays, more thon 3,000 classes have been held and more
than 100,000 trainees have been trained. In the continuous development, the results have

The Anzhen Health Talent Training Center has held 18 foreign aid training courses
for 8 consecutive years, and received nearly 400 participants from 53 countries to
participate in the training, A relatively complete training model and process has been
formed.
The concept of "building a community of human destiny" is gradually being accepted
around the world, and s&engthening cooperation and developmenl of developing countries
has become a consensus. The Anzhen Training Center will continue to do a good job in
foreign aid training and conhibute to the construction of the Belt and Road!

Strategy aud Plan' will be applied throughout the serninar, Primary public health policies
and important public health projects snd techniques will be incorporated. The rnain
content includes China Public Health Suategy and the Contribution to the World; The
Principle of Design and Promotion of Healthy Diet Guidance for Chinese Residents;
Prevention and Conuol of HIV-AIDs in China; Traditional Chinese Medicine und Health
Maintenance; Strategy and Results of lmportant Public Health Projects in China Maternal
Healthcare, etc. Field trips, relevant to the lectures, inolude visiting Nurition and Health
Maintaining Department of Diseasc Control and Prevention Center, Township Hospitals,
Village Healthcare Rooms, Communiry Healthcare Centers; By visiting public health
facilities, oll participants will have a deeper understanding of the health management for
Chinese residents.
Besides, pafiicipants wilt visit Sichuan province where meetings with local
goverrment and concerned organizations rvill be arranged to promote further exchange
and seek opportunities of cooperation.

call the organizer immediately.
In cose of lost baggage to be registered with the airline, please first communicatewith the organizer to confirm the bnggage delivery location and then fill in the
registration form.
6- Please pay attention to rryeather condition in the host city and carry the
oppropriate etothing. As for the dress code: On important occasions (eg: opening
ceremony and closing cerernony), please dress formally (national costumes are
acceptable). For the lectures and meetings, semi-formal dress is acceptabte. For
sightseeing and:shopping, casual dress and comfortable shoes are necessary.
