Bulgaria:

o European reference in terms of development of Renewable

Energies, in particular the Photovoltaic Energy.

o Fiscal incentives for investment in Photovoltaic Energy

(Corporate Tax: 10 %).

o Guaranteed purchase of 100% of the energy fed into the

grid, at a rate regulated and guaranteed by the State,

during a 25 years period.

o Purchase rate: 386 € / Mwh.

o Actually, GPM owns 12 PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS with

different capacities (between 3,5MW and 50MW).

o Total capacity: 121 MW.

Wind Power Latvia – Lithuania - Kazakhstan:

o Huge advances in terms of development of Renewable

Energies, in particular Wind power.

o Fiscal incentives for investment in Wind power (Corporate Taxes:

15 % in Latvia and Lithuania and 17,5 % in Kazakhstan).

o Guaranteed purchase of 100% of the energy fed into the

grid, at a rate regulated and guaranteed by the State,

during a 20 years period.

o Purchase rates:

96-113€/Mwh in Latvia

87€/Mwh in Lithuania

o Actually, GPM owns 8 WIND FARMS with different

capacities (between 30MW and 630MW).

o Total capacity: 1.555 MW.
