Deputy D.A. Joshua Grube to leave D.As office

June 5, 2014 ELKHORN District Attorney Daniel Necci has announced that on June 13, 2014, Deputy District Attorney Joshua Grube will be leaving the Walworth County District Attorney Office for a legal position in the private sector. Necci said, It has been my great privilege to work alongside Josh here in our office. He is a fixture in the courthouse and our community that will be sorely missed. He has truly made a mark here in Walworth County with his tremendous passion for justice. I, for one, will miss him, and I wish him and his family nothing but the best as he begins this new chapter in his life. Grube handled many caseloads for the D.A.s office over his 11 years, most recently, sensitive crimes. Grube was also instrumental in the formation of the Walworth County Childrens Advocacy Center and the Walworth County Boys and Girls Club. Of his time in the Walworth County D.A.s Office, Grube said, It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to leave State service to explore a new opportunity for me and my family in the private sector. Words cannot express the pride, personal fulfillment and satisfaction I have experienced over my 11 years as a prosecutor. This was a terribly difficult decision, but one that I believe is best for me and my family. Grube thanks his co-workers, those with the Walworth County Alliance for Children, those in the law enforcement community, and the citizens of Walworth County. Thank you to the citizens of Walworth County. It was a pleasure and honor to serve you these 11 years, said Grube.
