Tasting Trio- Spicy Grapefruit

Ingredients1. One 20 ounce can of

grapefruit in 100% juice

2. 1 pound bag of diced jicama

3. ¼ teaspoon chili powder

Preparation1. Drain grapefruit, reserving

¼ cup of the juice.2. Add all ingredients into a

large mixing bowl and gently toss together.

3. Place into bowls for each group.

4. Each student puts 2 tablespoons in a small cup.

5. Eat immediately.
