This is part of an ambitious 4-year growth plan we initiated in 2018, which also includes employing new people world-wide. The new facilities give us the needed space for growth and optimized production flow. In addition, a showroom and a large test centre is established. Here, new conveyor solutions are designed, constructed and can be tested directly by our customers. News from CALDAN China Continuing the sales strategy in China with emphasis on a strong market presence we have hired Mrs. Susan Zhang to support our Sales Manager Mr. Charles Chen. Susan is a very experienced technical engineer, who previously has worked in the finishing industry for Fung Yu and Eisenmann. To create the needed space for future growth we have acquired a 100 m2 new office in the Changhe Mansion in Dongguan City. This brings us conveniently close to transportation to central cities with high speed train, and to many integrator suppliers & end users. New Sales Manager in CALDAN India To help us capitalise on the future growth opportunities in India, we have appointed Mr. Arun Sharma as Sales Manager in CALDAN India. He has a lot of experience in the field, starting his career for Taikisha as Project Engineer, followed by AES, executing projects for the likes of Motherson, Daimler and Nissan. In his last employment he was Project Manager at the TVS Motor Company - and a customer to CALDAN. Here he lead the project of integrating the three Single Line floor conveyor lines we supplied to TVS. Arun Sharma is situated in Bangalore, and will in his daily work be supported by Mr. Akash Gupta, our Service Engineer in India.
