By controlling them with a strong diet, you will look better right away. Be careful with the rest of your diet as well. Food is the fuel you use to keep the machine of your body running, and if you fill your body with bad fuel, guess how it will run? 2. Hydrate yourself with enough water every day. Stay away from alcohol, coffee, and tea unless you are aware of how drying these substances can be, and drink even more water when you consume them. Your body depends on water because most of your body is water. This means that juice, iced tea and soda do not give the body as much water as a plain glass of water will. 3. Move your body. If you exercise throughout your life, you are likely to always look good. There are even face and neck exercises you can do. Exercise takes commitment, but you can do any kind of physical activity and it will help you stay beautiful if you stick with it. 4. Stay positive and reduce stress. Your mindset is the most important thing you can control to keep looking beautiful. Have you ever been asked "what's wrong" and nothing was wrong? Look how your face tells the real story! Stress is so damaging to our physical and mental health, that is is important to realize it can be affecting your appearance. Until you find a way to deal with that stress, it will continue to bother you and show up in your face and on your skin. 5. Accept your age. The human body is meant to age. It is not meant to stay young forever, and you have to realize that. Instead of hating your body for looking older, take it as a symbol of your wisdom. If you are wise enough to accept that you are getting older, that is a wisdom that others are in awe of.
