How the Payment Works


Profit Share Growth Share

When your recruit in the U.S. or Canada closes

production in a profitable market center, you receive

a percentage of the profit that associate helped to

generate.

When your recruit anywhere else in the world closes

production, you receive a percentage of the company

royalty that associate helped to generate.

Royalty (and profit share) is capped. Once your

recruit caps, you no longer get profit share from

them.

Royalty (and growth share) are NOT capped. As long

as the agent is productive, you receive growth share.

Distributed up to 7 levels according to the pre-determined percentages.

Paid Out Monthly Paid Out Quarterly

After 3 years and 1 day, you are vested.

You may will your growth share to a beneficiary.*
