Dear Mr. Bertelson:

In compliance with the referenced PSC orders dated December 8,2009, Kenergy respectfully submits requested safety audit checklists along with a brief summary report indicating any safety violations identified during the safety audits and any safety measures Kenergy has undertaken to correct those violations for all Kenergy construction and contractor construction crews for the month of April 2011.

The following l ist contains the safety violations (V) found, if any, and corrective actions (CA) taken to correct the issues discovered.

V # 1 - Groves Construction (Contractor)

CA#l-- Using Chain Saw without chain saw chaps in-place. Stopped work to correct situation. Addressed crew leader and individual.

These audits will be completed and reported on a monthly basis to the PSC for a duration of 12 months, a t which time, the inspection reporting schedule will be revised to perform one safety audit of each Kenergy construction and contractor construction crew once every three months as allowed in the referenced case numbers.
