Location Manchester is the largest commercial centre outside London and is the administrative, educational and retail capital of the North West region. It is located approximately 55km (34 miles) east of Liverpool, 64 km (40 miles) south west of Leeds and 130 km (81 miles) north west of Birmingham.The city has an excellent motorway network including the M6, M56, M62, M66, M602 and the M60 orbital motorways. The Government has confirmed that a budget of £520 million is available for additional extensions to this service to Oldham and Rochdale, along with the East and South Manchester conurbations.

SituationGrove House is situated at the junction of Skelton Road and Tennis Street access from Seymour Grove (B5127) approximately 1.5 miles to the southwest of Manchester city centre.
