The Arbitration Court is asked to rule on disputes that may occur between ICT users, vendors of software and equipment, or any other partner in the field of Information technology.

The Arbitration court consists of judges who are themselves highly skilled IT professionals, and thus understand the technical problems inherent in such litigation. They act under the chairmanship of a judge or a lawyer.

The Arbitration Court of Infor-mation Technologies is head-quartered at the GRI.

Considered as a complement to the local legal court, the Arbitration Court helps dis-charge the official legal sys-tem from cases that are diffi-cult to analyze for non-specialists. Moreover, it often avoids lengthy and costly le-gal proceedings.
