As guests arrive Greet each guest and use the Sea Salt Scrub at the sink on ONE hand (we will be demonstrating the RE9 line on the other hand). You or the hostess, invite them to get some snacks and take a seat in the room for the Presentation. Give each guest a Client Profile Card- ask them to fill it out. Give catalogue with Wish List/Order form.

Group Presentation (after everyone is seated...you want to get the presentation started within 15 minutes of the scheduled time...even if you are waiting for that last person to show up, go ahead and get started!)

• Introduce yourself & thank the Host/Hostess: Give your hostess the gift your brought in front of the guests. Have the hostess say a few words about why she wanted them to hear about Arbonne (maybe tell her favorite product and the difference she’s seen in her skin). Discuss this in advance.

• Go around the room and have the guests introduce themselves & how they know the hostess/business builder. If you are launching a new BB- ask each guests to share why they think “XXX” will be successful in Arbonne. If it is a hostess, ask the guests to share “what they would change about their health or skin if they had a magic wand OR what they would do tomorrow with their day if they woke up and time and $ were not object. (Make a mental note of their responses to tie into your “I Story”. I.e. they want to travel, have more time, leave their job, etc.)

HOT TIP: Use this time to introduce yourself and build a rapport with guests- not as a time to sell product! Listen more then you talk. This is when you want to get to know more about them. Do not engage in conversation about the products! You will have your time. Connect and meld into the group. Ask questions. For example, when you ask the hostess/guests what they do, ALWAYS respond: “I bet you love doing that”. If they love what they are doing, they will tell you. If they don’t love it, they will also tell you in conversation.

• Share the agenda for the party: “I’m going to tell you a little bit about myself and how I got started with Arbonne. Then I’ll touch briefly on the company and what makes Arbonne’s fantastic products different. It’s primarily why we control a large share of the Anti-Aging market and we are a leader in gut health! Then I’ll let you try these products on the back of your hand. My goal is for you all to have a great time so...”.

• “Please ask questions! It’s more fun if it’s interactive...and I bribe you with chocolates! You can eat the chocolates if you want but save each individual wrapper b/c at the end we’ll count them up and give a free gift to the one who has the most chocolates or wrappers! 1 chocolate for a question about the products...2 chocolates for a question about the business! We’ll tally them up at the end to see who wins the free gift from me! Let’s get started!”

• Eye On Arbonne Story or “I Story” – You will want to type this out and read it until you are comfortable with it. You want to make this compelling and relatable so YOU attract people to do this business with you. Ask your Upline to review your “I Story”. This is one of the most crucial parts of your presentation. This is where you weave the benefits of this business throughout your story. Make sure to include your upline’s story too. Laminate a few EOA stories you like of your upline to show. Tell your story by sharing:

1. A little about you, just the basics (i.e. where you live, kids, job, etc.) 2. How you were introduced to Arbonne and what you thought when you were first introduced. 3. What made you seriously consider the business - where did you see yourself in 3-5 years? 4. What were your hesitations, but how was your excitement and vision bigger. What was your turning

point?

Remember the goal of a class is to find business builders. Be sure to cover all four areas: 1. 10 mins – INTRODUCTION – talk about the biz, the benefits & your why 2. 5 mins – ARBONNE DIFFERENCE – set the value of the products 3. 15 mins – PRODUCT INTRODUCTION – play with products, test on hand 4. 10 mins – CLOSE – 3 Ways to Win, Re-Visit Opportunity/Invite to Learn more, Booking Game

5. How have you already benefited from your business, what Arbonne has done for you so far... (i.e. tax benefits, earned trips, bonuses, 35% discount, friends, time leveraging, extra income...)

6. Where are you ultimately going with you business/your goals and what you see Arbonne doing for you in the future. (i.e. Quit job, bring husband home, helping others, Mercedes Benz, dream home, out of debt, save for retirement, etc.) SHARE YOUR VISION! Share how it is big enough to include other’s goals and dreams, not just yours.

You want to show them how Arbonne = their dreams. Let them know you are currently expanding your team and looking for people you can teach and train to do what you do. I usually say, “Arbonne’s products can change your skin and health, but this business can change your life. If you keep your options open for additional streams of income, I encourage you to learn more!”

Europe has a lot higher standards for skin care, nutrition and cosmetic products than we have here in the US. • Because Arbonne gets our products known and distributes our products through a network of independent consultants and word-to-mouth advertising, we are able to cut out the middleman you see in traditional retail with advertising, paying for celebrity endorsements, warehouses, storefronts and overhead and save millions of dollars and invest it back into their products so they know they can offer a superior product at a less expensive. • Botanically based: We use plant based ingredients in our formulations as opposed to chemically derived ingredients. We go by the philosophy of “pure, safe, and beneficial” and have since 1980. • pH correct: Our skin’s pH is between 5.5 and 6.5, so we need to make sure we are using products that have the same pH as our skin. We actually neutralize the pH of our skin when we rinse it with water because water is neutral and at a pH of 7 on a pH scale. When our pH is disturbed, our skin can become very dry and irritated or become too oily and produce acne. Our skin has a natural acid mantle that protects our skin against bacteria and we don’t want to disrupt it. All of our products are pH correct to ensure maximum benefit!

• Hypoallergenic: This is one of my favorite things about Arbonne. Arbonne products are formulated without the use of certain ingredients that are frequently known to cause allergic reactions, and contain no harsh chemicals. The term “hypoallergenic” does not mean non-allergenic, there is no such thing. Arbonne really raises the bar with the hypoallergenic claim. Arbonne uses what’s called a “Repeat Insult Patch Test.” This is where a human panel uses a product on the same site for an extended period of time. If one person negatively reacts to the product, Arbonne scratches that formulation and starts again. Arbonne will not release a product unless it scores zero in this study! The standard in the US is a 4 meaning that if 4 out of 10 people negatively react to a product, a company can still term the product “hypoallergenic.” That’s 40% of the population!! This is why a lot of people with sensitive skin have a hard time finding a product that works! Arbonne has one of the lowest allergic reaction rates in the industry.

• Dermatologist tested: This means the products have been tested for irritation under the watchful eye of a dermatologist BEFORE the products are released to the market. Additional safety tests include ophthalmology testing for eye products and pediatric testing for baby care products.

• Never tested on animals: WE never have and we never will. We are a cruelty free company.

• Formulated without animal products or by-products: How many of you have heard of a rendering plant? Ok, well I hadn’t, but what it is, all the animals that die in feed lot/farms/vet. offices are picked up and taken to the rendering plant where they are boiled down. Well, what rises to the surface is this thin fatty layer that is skimmed off and sold to the American cosmetic industry as a filler ingredient. It’s a super cheap ingredient, but it gives that nice greasy feel. It is a filler and can cause allergic reactions. The #1 purchaser of this by-product is the U.S. cosmetic and skin care industry. Have you ever had a smelly lotion or a lipstick that is heavily fragrance where after a few

months it has a gross odor to it .well the fragrance which was covering up the smell of the ...animal bi-product has worn off and now you smell the animal bi-product. It’s not just disgusting; it’s harmful to our health since there are known carcinogens, hormones and other toxins in animal byproducts. With Arbonne, whether it’s something you are putting on your body or in your body, ALL of our products are Vegan Certified (this is where I give a plug for the Arbonne Essentials Protein Shakes because they are a BIG DEAL—ours contain no gluten, no soy, no whey (dairy) or lactose. • Formulated without mineral oil: This was a big eye-opener for me! Mineral oil is the #1 used ingredient in American Skin Care. It is a bi-product of crude oil and the mineral oil molecule is occlusive which means it cannot penetrate the skin because its molecules are larger than our pores. Products with mineral oil just sit on the surface of the skin and actually inhibit the skin’s ability to absorb oxygen and release toxins – so nothing good can come in and nothing bad can come out. And the product is inhibited from being absorbed into the deep layers of the skin. • Formulated without dyes or chemical fragrances: Dyes and fragrances are known irritants and can cause allergic reactions. Our product smell awesome and what you smell is nature.

• Formulated without Parabens: Parabens are a preservative used in many personal care products and it allows the products to have a 10-30 year shelf life. Parabens as an ingredient have come under concern because what happens when parabens absorb into your skin and into your blood stream is that you increase your production of estrogen. When you increase your estrogen levels over time with exposure to this and other toxins in the environment, it can lead to an increase in breast cancer. Arbonne supports a hormonally-balances lifestyle, which is again why we don’t use mineral oil, parabens, animal by-products, phthalates, PABA or formaldehyde-donating preservatives.

TIP: Right here, is when you test the products on the back of one hand. Only talk about the Wash. Don’t try it on the back of the hand.

• Cleans and hydrates without stripping the skin of its natural oils. Remember, it’s not good for your skin to feel “squeaky clean” b/c that means you removed that acid mantle that will fight off bacteria! This product is great! It even removes eye makeup and lipstick!! Remember, a lot of our aging comes from what we are exposed to (sun, elements etc.. .).

• What I love about this system is it the rest of the products all come in an airless pump that effectively and easily release the product and ensures that you get 99% of the product out of the bottles – just one pump is all you need for your face! Because you have portion control this system will last you 4- 6 months on average. Which is just a little over a dollar a day so you really get the VALUE out of your products! EYE CRÈME • Moisturizes the sensitive skin around the eye area. We should never use moisturizers for the face

I like to share this business because I honestly say, I don’t think I would be here today if someone hadn’t explained this to me or if I hadn’t seen this Compensation Plan Overview...One of the biggest misconceptions I had about businesses like this were the incomes and that people who needed hobbies did businesses like this and all they made was hobby money. Then I learned it couldn’t be more wrong, so I have to share this because I am super thankful I heard about this because it is why I am here!

You can shake the box, smell it, etc. but you can’t open it yet! I know the suspense is killing you! © ” Have fun with the boxes and joke with people...they will enjoy the fun and it will build for the booking game at the end.

When it is time to play the booking game, you might say something like, “I know you all have been dying to know what is inside your boxes! So, here is the DEAL...or the NO DEAL. © Inside each box, there is a picture of a FREE Arbonne product—it ranges from a free hand crème, lip gloss to a primer, fizz sticks and even cellular renewal masque/neck crème/night crème! (whatever you put in your boxes). If you have been sitting here thinking of people who you know would love to hear more about our products.... and you want to go the fun route and DEAL..you can open your box/envelope and in addition to our Hostess Specials you will ALSO get what is in your box at your party! Host A Class and Receive a Free Gift”. You will then want 8 Colored envelopes that you will fill with the Congratulations! For upgrading your envelope you have the choice of...” paper. The verbiage for this game is below. You’ll want to have these prepared and use them at EVERY class!

Envelope Game Verbiage:

“Okay, one last thing fun thing before you all start shopping.I want everyone to take a white envelope here but DON’T OPEN IT.” (May have to repeat this a few times!)

“Okay, here’s the deal with the envelopes. You have 3 options with them (Arbonne always likes to give you choices).”

“Option One, you can hand back the white envelope, no questions asked. Pause here and smile.”

“Option Two, you can open the white envelope and you HAVE to do what it says. Again, smile. Now, I know what you might be thinking and No, you will not have to run around the neighborhood naked or anything like that...we’re a PG-rated company. Okay, I’ll make it easy on you and tell you what the envelope my say in it. When you open the envelope, you have a 50/50 shot at getting showered with gifts OR getting a small gift. Either way you win. It will either say, “Congratulations, you win a free gift” or “Host a class and receive a free gift.” Either way you have a 50/50 shot of WINNING or WINNING BIG! things, with the Class Reservation sheet that list your open dates. (do not have use your calendar as this can be overwhelming and bulky
