HAECO provides airframe maintenance, cabin

reconfiguration, structural modification and non-

destructive testing through its 26 hangars in six

locations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the United

States, with technical capabilities covering all common

widebody, narrowbody, and regional commercial aircraft

Fully supported by shop facilities such as Composite

Shop, Sheet Metal Shop, Machine Shop, Paint Shop,

Space-saving ceiling stowage compartments

Vector™ Economy seat – ergonomically optimised to fit

passengers comfortably while maintaining low cost, light

weight, comfort, and ease of maintenance. A full line of

standard and selectable features can be tailored to

accommodate both short haul and long haul operators.

Vector™ is available for line-fit for the Boeing 737 and

787, certified for the Airbus A320 and A350

Vector™ Premium seat – minimises the operator’s

acquisition, installation, and maintenance costs through

pre-certification, modular design, parts commonality, and

streamlined manufacturing. Deliverable in six months,

certified to FAA TSO-C127b

Arc™ headrest – featuring the industry’s first double hinge

system, the Arc™ headrest uses multiple points of

customisation which provide an enhanced passenger

experience and can be retrofitted onto existing third-party

platforms

Operates the first and only Airbus-approved and Boeing-licensed

cabin completion centre in the Asia Pacific region, encompassing

industrial design, design engineering and certification, cabin

completion supported by specialised cabin support shops, after-

sales support, as well as airframe maintenance

Performed green Airbus ACJ319 cabin completions and Boeing

BBJ retrofits

Holder of Part 21J Design Organisation Approval (DOA) and Part

21G Product Organisation Approval (POA) from HKCAD, and an

approved Designated Modification Design Organisation

Representative (DMDOR) of CAAC. STCs awarded by HKCAD is

validated by EASA, and FAA certification is supported by HAECO

Americas as an FAA-certified ODA

Facilities include a dedicated private jet completion bay and

specialised cabinetry, veneer, upholstery and other cabin

cosmetics shops

Operates purpose-built and AS9110:2016 accredited component

workshops in Hong Kong and Mainland China that offer repair and

overhaul of LRUs

Capabilities to service mechanical (including hydraulic and
