BOXERCISEBoxercise, the best stress buster around, is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines boxing and circuit type exercises.

CARDIO COMBATA great calorie burning workout combining martial arts, dance, stretching and boxing.

CIRCUITSA dynamic class packed with short bursts of various exercises to improve stamina, build strength and tone muscles.

DANCE FITA high energy workout to great music. An excellent way to burn calories whilst following fun choreographed routines.

LADIES ONLY FITNESSStudio Cycling Plus, Yoga, Total Tone, Zumba and Tone.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS A low impact class aimed at toning up those wobbly bits you love to hate!

ATHLETIC LIFTINGIf you have always wanted to learn the correct weight lifting techniques, this class is for you!

KETTLEBELL Try out the latest kettlebell exercises and have your technique checked by a qualified instructor.

STEPFun class with challenging choreography. With hi/lo options. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

BODY BLAST A 15 min intense whole body workout using weights/body weights.

ABS BLAST A 30 min class that targets the stomach and core area.

SPORTS CONDITIONING Are you tough enough? A hardcore circuit type class guaranteed to make you sweat!

SIMPLY WEIGHTS Using weights & a bench to bring moves from the gym to the class.

PILATESPilates focuses on building your body’s core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

STUDIO CYCLINGA non-impact class allowing you to develop your muscular strength, endurance as well as general health and well-being. Studio Cycling Plus and Studio Cycling Circuit offer a bit extra off the bike!

TOTAL TONEA class that targets the whole body using weights and a bench. A great way to speed up your metabolism and tone up your whole body!

YOGAA great way to relax as well as toning and conditioning both the body and mind.

class instructors. Please bring a towel and drink to all classes.

Ladies Only fi tness classes take place at Sports Centre St Mary’s, 5 minutes walking distance from the main campus.
