Revolution Off Road was the brain child of Kevin Jowett who, whilst sitting at home one very wet and cold afternoon in the United Kingdom, drew out a plan on a scrap of paper of an off-road track. His love of motor racing, he was a BTRDA rally driver in Europe during his youth, fueled his ambition to own an off-road driving attraction of his own.

During a visit to his vacation home in Orlando Florida, he discovered 230 acres of suitable property, although, at that time it was used for cattle but he was inspired. He convinced his wife to come and live the “American Dream” with promises of a large out door kitchen and an infinity pool (Neither of which have yet materialized). He designed tracks and trails in his mind that later became Revolution Off Road.

Years later, after many permits were filed, the move to USA finally arrived. Whilst packing, the scrap of paper was found and the

scribbled plan presented itself to be almost the same shape as the property that Revolution stands on today.

The business has developed into a unique outdoor attraction with a ten year plus history that continues to develop and grow.

Prior to the arrival of Revolution, the property was used as a saw mill, farmed for citrus fruits as well as hay for local cattle. Its most infamous activity was a Moonshine still. Today there is a replica of the still on the property but not in use!

Thank you for making an inquiry with us for an event on our property. Whether you are planning a corporate retreat, family outing a wedding, birthday party or a full-on festival we have the property and the flexibility to tailor your event to suit your needs and budget.

If you have never been to our property before then we would be delighted to show you around, if it is not possible for you to visit before your event then please let us assure you that we are seasoned professionals well versed in holding large and small events and our attention to detail is well known. If the attached information does not exactly suit your needs then let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Whatever we plan and for however many in your group, the rules are always the same at Revolution. Number 1: It must be fun. Number 2: It must be safe.

If you have a particular “team building need” discuss it with us we have some unique ideas that may assist you to address the problem. But generally we find that getting “dirty with the boss” is team building enough.

There is a standard daily charge for exclusive use of the property if you are looking for somewhere to host your own event or to showcase your products. Depending upon your needs and to what extent you need our team to be involved will influence the cost.

We are happy to offer exclusive use of the property for groups of 25 or more. Or for groups spending over $3000 on a single event.

It has been our experience that for groups of 25-50 allow a minimum of 3-4 hours with us. Although difficult to calculate until your exact time scale and budget is determined, we have tried to indicate the maximum number of guests we can accommodate on our experience menu. If you are unsure about anything please call our office and we can explain in greater detail.

For larger groups we calculate the schedule based on the time, number of guests, the number of experiences, and if lunch is to be included in the time frame. With this information we can outline a schedule for the group. As safety is our number one priority we will include at least a 30 minute check in time for the safety briefing.

Still a little confused? Don’t worry ours is a unique option for organizers to choose and can seem complicated but it is the best way to impress and excite your guests and clients. Please be assured we are seasoned professionals, planning events from single family groups of 15 to major endurance races with 8000 runners. We will make this as pain free as possible to outline to your clients. If you still feel unsure then call us and we can walk you through the options.

Our informed suggestion is for you not to restrict the experiences on offer. Allow your guests to select from our menu and we will plan your schedule. If you have over 25 guests in your party we strongly suggest that you choose a minimum of two experiences per person. This will minimize down time for the group as they rotate through the experiences. Not every moment needs to be action filled during an event. Allow a little time to enjoy the property and discuss their experience.

The following menu of Experiences lays out the options for visitors.

Don’t worry, we’ve got this!

ATV’s: Whether novice or expert you are bound to have some fun maneuvering over the sand humps, grass banks and mastering the dirt tracks and trails on our single seat automatic machines. Our guides will fit the group with helmets and goggles before leading them through the safety course. Then they will lead guests to the trails. Drivers must be 18 years to drive ATV’s and have photo I.D. as proof of age. We advise enclosed toe shoes and clothes that guests don’t mind getting dirty.

Motorized Experiences“Be prepared to get dirty ...maybe very dirty”

Polaris Razors: has two seats and is generally known as a side by side. It has its own track but still manages to thrill and excite even the novice driver and passengers alike. Of course, safety helmets and goggles must be worn and to drive this vehicle, you must be over 21 years of age and hold a full current driving license. You must be 25 years of age and hold a full current driving license to carry a passenger. Non-driving passengers will count as one experience.

“Mucky Duck:” is an 8 wheeled amphibious adventure vehicle which is able to run over the land and in the water. We have tailor made trails which will allow you to get up close and personal with the beautiful Floridian wilderness. This is a unique opportunity to drive through the wooded areas and then plunge into the lake and wetlands. To drive this vehicle, you must be over 18 years of age and hold a full current driving license. Non-driving passengers will count as one experience but you can switch out drivers along the way.

Non-Motorized ExperiencesNothing is impossible, the word itself says “I’m possible!”

Archery Tag: Tag is our most popular experience for team building events. This amazing, safe, team sport combines elements of dodge ball or other combat-type games with the timeless skills of archery. Players take aim at each other with covered arrows to score points or eliminate opposing team members. Each team needs a minimum of 2 players and maximum of 12. We can arrange knock out competitions and individual challenges.

Target Archery: An amazingly addictive sport that is growing rapidly by the year. Target archery is suitable for all groups of people. It is perfect for adding a competitive element to an event as individuals or teams playing. Equipment and full safety coaching will be given by our level 3 Florida Archery Association coaches.

Clay Shooting: Hitting a moving target may seem a little daunting but our range officer will supervise you as you try to shoot down the clays. Safety equipment including ear defenders and eye glasses will be provided. You must be over 16 years of age to shoot our over under shot guns.

Fishing: Our beautiful 70-acre award winning private lake, yet to be officially named, is a perfect setting for catching large mouth bass. Fish from our Bass Tracker boats with professional guides to supervise equipment. We provide everything you will need including the license. A good way to add elements of competition and we can offer up to 5 boats with 3 fishermen on each boat

Our story is simple, our aim is to offer the best value for money in a real-time entertainment setting. We are able to do this not just because there is nothing else like us around, but because we are professional planners with plenty of experience.

Age: Eligible ages for driving starts at 18. To take part in any driving experience guests should also be in good physical health.

Pregnancy: Pregnant women are advised not to take part in off road activities.

Insurance: It is possible for guests to purchase insurance cover for $15.00 per person. Details can be found under our Terms and Conditions posted on our website www.revolutionoffroad.com. Available upon request at any time.

Snacks: Please note that we sell chips, soft drinks, and bottled water. For safety reasons we do not allow the use of outside food or drinks including alcohol on the property, however we strongly advise all groups to purchase the unlimited drinks package to avoid dehydration.

Payment Policy: Dates will be held for a maximum of 30 days after which time a signed contract is required along with 50% deposit for any event. Final payment is due at least 15 days prior to the event. If less than 15 days, full payment is required at the time of booking the event. No alterations to visitor numbers may be made less than 15 days prior to the event. If fewer guests arrive than paid for, no refunds for absent guests will be given. We are happy to accommodate additional guests by arrangement if space is available.

Gratuities: Please note that we respectfully add a 15% gratuity to all events for groups of 6 guests or more which is divided equally amongst all team members working at the event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: 15 days prior to the event refund of deposit less 15% administration fees. Less than 15 days prior to event 50% refund of deposit. No refunds will become applicable if less than 10 days prior to event unless, extreme weather conditions prevent the event taking place in which case a full refund is payable.

Parking: Free for all guests. Transportation buses are welcome but must park away from the event area.

Things to Know

Terms & ConditionsFood: We do have a food trailer and the menu options available are attached. Please discuss this with your events team planner if specific dietary requirements are not listed.

Waiver: All guests are required to complete and sign both acceptance and liability forms as well as a rental agreement. We have a simple “if you break it you pay for it” policy for repairs and damages.

I.D.: Every guest must be able to show original driving licenses or photo I.D. Telephone images are not acceptable.

Safety: We provide safety equipment for each experience and require guests to wear it at all times when using our equipment.

Personal Property: We accept no liability for loss of personal property.

For safety reasons we do not allow guests

to bring outside, drinks, food or alcohol on to

the property.

CateringFresh Food Fast!

We have a state of the art food trailer used solely for the preparation of food for our guests. Our talented chefs can prepare and cook foods to the highest restaurant levels. Nothing builds an appetite more than playing outside, so our menus reflect what our guests have most requested. Our freshly grilled BBQ option is cooked on site from fresh ingredients.

All food is served alongside the lake under a canopy on picnic tables. However, if you are looking for more than casual style options, please call your event planner. Other styles of tables can be arranged for an additional cost.

We have recognized that there are times you would like to enhance the already amazing experiences we have on offer. We have developed 3 packages for guests who wish to enjoy their time with us in an individual group setting. Reservations are always required for these experiences. Whether for a company retreat, spoil myself day, or special anniversary, we can add limousine services along with logos, gifts and exceptional concierge services. Every step of this experience is tailored to suit you.

Daily tours start at 10:30am or 2:30pm by reservation and only one V.I.P. group is on property at any one time. There are three packages to choose from but if you want something different, as always, just ask.

“Buon Appetito” Italian Antipasti board. An assortment of Italian cured meats, mozzarella and cheeses, olives, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and spinach dip. Served with warm ciabatta slices and parmesan bread sticks.

BBQ Burgers freshly prepared prime beef burgers cooked on property served in toasted onion rolls. Served with a selection of “Fixings” that include bacon slices, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, salad leaves and plenty of condiments like dill pickle slices, grilled peppers and of course tomato sauce. Chicken Wings Fresh off the grill a selection of wings with three sauces, BBQ, Chipotle, Honey mustard. To accompany your wings an assortment of coleslaw potato salad and french fries.

“Domino’s Pizza” If you want us to get you a fresh pizza from Dominos with your favorite toppings let us know and we will have it delivered to you lakeside.

Chicken Caesar Salad Grilled chicken breast strips fresh from the grill served over romaine lettuce hearts dressed with fresh sauce. Served with a tomato and onion salad and Spanish rice. Please tell us if you prefer an alternative dressing for your salad.

Vegetarian Options: A Platter of Hummus with Pita Chips. An assortment of grilled

vegetables and Spanish rice with red beans. Tomato and onion salad and a fresh mixed house salad.

Veggie Burgers freshly prepared on the property served in toasted onion rolls. Served with a selection of “Fixins” that includes, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, salad leaves and plenty of condiments like dill pickles slices, and of course tomato sauce. To accompany your burger, coleslaw, potato salad and french fries.
