Executive Chef Joel Molloy has worked for the

Pietoso family since the age of 14. After several years

working at Nicola’s, he took time away to cook

at other restaurants, including the internationally

renowned Alinea in Chicago while it was ranked #1

in the United States. Chef Molloy made a celebrated

decision to return home in 2013 and accept the role

of Executive Chef at Nicola’s.
