Principles of Group Dynamics
The members of the group must have a strong sense
of belonging to the group .The barrier between the
leaders and the ones to be led must be brokendown.
Organizations involve the development of formal and
informal work groups built around specializations.
Groups develop norms (Completion of works in
proper form, shared beliefs, values, and
assumptions) and expect conformity through rewardApril 4, 2013 5

Conclusion
Group dynamics is concerned with the interaction
between the group members in a social situation,
how they develop and their effect on the individual
members and the organization in which they
function.
Group Dynamics is essential to study since it helps
to find how the relationships are made within a
group and how the forces act within the group
members in a social setting.April 4, 2013 30
